My wife and I just purchased a new Traverse from Katterhenrich after visiting numerous other dealerships. At Katterhenrich we conducted business with our word and a handshake, something almost forgotten about in today's world. It was quite refreshing.

Replaced my rear main seal but didn't reinstall some things right which caused my alternator to short which then caused a wire to melt due to a missing bolt/nut so they caused more issues and more money that another mechanic had to fix and there head mechanic was rude when my wife called in to let them know what was going on
