This place has been around for a long time and and taking my pets to Dr. Redel since I was in my teens, sorry if I spelled your name wrong. Will continue to go here untill my pets pass or she retires!!

Love doc and the staff here. My poor Toby has been riddled with health issues for most of his life and I finally started coming here after having issues with another local veterinarian. The staff is so friendly and they definitely care about each animal that comes through the door. Over the last two years bringing Toby here Dr. Riedel has significantly helped Toby's recovery and she doesn't give herself enough credit. Dr. Riedel comes across very bluntly sometimes but she always has good intentions. She's very accommodating and takes the time to call you and thoroughly explain results from test and what she believes are the next steps. Although Toby won't admit it I would say he does enjoy coming here because his girlfriends work at the front desk haha. Toby has a better chance at a long life because he started coming here and Jess and I could not possibly express how thankful we are.

Dr. Reidl and her staff are incredibly caring and fantastic! I’ve been taking all of my animals there for probably 20 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Riedel and her entire staff are fantastic! They take great care of my dogs and help me be a better owner. Last month we had to put my senior dog to sleep. Dr. Riedel did everything to help my Charlie and, when it reached the point where I had to make that awful decision, she was there to discuss all options. We got to say our goodbyes and Dr. Riedel and all the staff cried with us. I cannot say enough about how much it meant to me to have them care so much about our Charlie.
I trust her with my two younger dogs and know she will care and do the very best to keep them in good health. Thank you for all you do!!

Last visit, Dr Maria said my dog had ear infection and gave a prescription. He had a lot of wax buildup, but no sign of infection. I found out later she stuck her dirty writing pen in his ear instead of a swab. Anyway, now he's tilting his head and can't keep his balance. She never discussed any side effects. We're taking him somewhere else in the morning. God help her if we found out she caused our dog harm. A lawsuit will be the least of her problems.

I Love Dr Riedel.. The 2 girls I have delt with at the front desk, WONDERFUL !! Super compassionate, ALL of them!! So that being said… The little kittens I am fostering, LOVE their Bed Buddy!! LolThank you for all you have done for us!!

I’m the proud mama of two new kittens. I needed to find a veterinarian. So I picked portage Lakes because of other reviews these people truly care about pets and I was highly impressed with everyone. I will definitely be using this Vet from now on.

Great great place to take your pets everyone in the office was so nice and helpful and Dr. Maria was also thorough and helpful and kind.
