“This week my daughter got stranded on her way to West Virginia. Due to the great thinking of my mother-in-law. The hard working and wonderful Jim Kornokvich was to the rescue!! He was quick to get her and her puppy ? who were both very hot due to car stalled and battery died. He drove them to Columbus, Ohio. He was able to get them safely to the dealership before the closed and the drive back to New Concord. He had a long da of work. I can't imagine the mess we may have been in without his efforts. Our daughter was scared and he saved her day. We can't thank Jim and this towing company enough!! They provide excellent customer service. Thank you Jim!!”
