Terrible business! Who ever heard of a pharmacy that wasn't open on a Saturday??? Everyone always whines about doing business local, but you can't because THEY'RE NOT OPEN. Will never do business here again--might as well close it in New Concord as it's worthless!

Who ever heard of a pharmacy not being open on a Saturday??? Will never use this "business" again as it's terrible for not being open on a Saturday (at LEAST half a day!) I guess when you're discharged from the ER on a Friday that you don't need the prescription that the doctor ordered. When it was Chapman's Pharmacy it was wonderful--too bad Genesis ruined it.

I was just in this store. Could not find what I was looking for. Scoured the entire store twice, looking for the item. Lady behind the counter never said a word to me. Just stood there looking at me like I was irritating her. Never again!

Took over the Northside New Concord Pharmacy with no notice, and cut hours. Not open at all on Saturday. Had to drive to Zanesville to pick up a prescription and wait forever in an overstretched Genesis pharmacy.

Maybe the most unfriendly, nearing on hostile pharmacist I’ve ever met. It wasn’t even my interaction, I saw him be unfriendly to the first customer of the day, and earlier I’d seen him at the coffee shop where he was very demanding to the baristas. He seemed hungover. At least I hope that was the issue.

I've never worked with pharmacy as bad as this one. Do not go there if you ever need anything immediately or have children. Items are either never in stock and you are sent to another location or provided an over the counter alternative they "think" will work. I can't tell you how many times my pediatrician has prescribed something over the counter for my daughter that they do not carry. I've lost faith in the pharmacy and am just skipping the inconvenience and going some place else first.
