Friendly, upbeat, positive atmosphere. Staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Shakes are amazing and the tea gives you that extra energy you need to get through the day.

Really not one to give a review of any kind, but I feel this situation has gone out of hand. Since Early this year, but I would have to say the training staff there is beyond unprofessional, he will take your money state he can’t train you any more then not pay it back as promised. I called the gym to make them aware of this situation over a month ago and no one followed up like they said they would.
