This week my daughter got stranded on her way to West Virginia. Due to the great thinking of my mother-in-law. The hard working and wonderful Jim Kornokvich was to the rescue!! He was quick to get her and her puppy ? who were both very hot due to car stalled and battery died. He drove them to Columbus, Ohio. He was able to get them safely to the dealership before the closed and the drive back to New Concord. He had a long da of work. I can't imagine the mess we may have been in without his efforts. Our daughter was scared and he saved her day. We can't thank Jim and this towing company enough!! They provide excellent customer service. Thank you Jim!!

H & K Towing saved the day yesterday for two stranded women with two big dogs who were leaving Salt Fork State Park after a camping weekend when the vehicle they were in stopped. No power steering. No power anywhere. And a serpentine belt that had come off.I contacted my AAA agent to see what they could do and after calling every local towing service they contract with and being unable to find anyone to accept my job, the AAA agent reached out to H & K Towing. A company based in the next County that was already busy with local runs due to their outstanding reputation. The other towing companies refused to take my job. For various reasons. It was around a 180 mile drive round trip. After 7 pm. With gas prices through the roof, it wasn't a very profitable job to take. H & K Towing accepted.Not only did H & K save us and agree to drive all of us home, the driver/owner, Jim, arrived sooner than expected and it was a joy for us to ride and talk with him for an hour and a half. This is a decades old family owned company and, instead of bothering any other employee with this late, long Sunday call, Jim took the run! The truck was clean and well kept. We felt safe and secure.The service provided was fast and professional, yet with a personal "next door neighbor come to help" kind of feeling that made you thankful H & K Towing was the company to save our day. Would I recommend H & K Towing based out of Concord, Ohio? Absolutely!Services: Car towing

Yesterday my husband and I hit a deer. Unfortunately it was bad enough that we couldn’t drive the car home. Our insurance company set up a tow for us and it was H&K. This was late in the evening and the tow driver, named Jim, came promptly, was very friendly and got our car home in a short amount of time. Called for a tow to nearest tire shop, arrived very quickly got the car on the truck fast and was able to get us to one of the only tire shops that was open early on a Saturday.Very friendly and professional.Service: Car towing
