My company is ***** ** ***** *********** *** **** ***. I think it is important to give reviews, good, bad, indifferent. My experience was one of excellence. I purchased a new work truck in 2019, and purchased all new equipment for snow removal from Kaffenbarger's. This year I had some issues with my equipment, and for once a company stood by the warranty, and equipment and made it right. I picked my truck up a few days ago and I'm ready for the next winter weather event. This is my livelyhood in the winter, I needed it right and they did so. With all the new issues the public has to deal with these days, this restored my faith in someone doing the right thing. I'm very appreciative of the great service I received from both the Service Manager, and General Manager. Derek

This started over a month ago when I came in to outfit a 2019 Ford Transit 250 - Herb was the sales rep - Made the order and was told everything would be in within a week - A week later was told they were only waiting on a couple more items that would be in any day - Asked if I could bring the van to them and drop it off so that the van would already be there when the other items came in - They said no problem so I did - After sitting there for a week, the other items still d

This started over a month ago when I came in to outfit a 2019 Ford Transit 250 - Herb was the sales rep - Made the order and was told everything would be in within a week - A week later was told they were only waiting on a couple more items that would be in any day - Asked if I could bring the van to them and drop it off so that the van would already be there when the other items came in - They said no problem so I did - After sitting there for a week, the other items still did not come in and Kaffenbarger never installed the items that they did have in nor did they give me any updates - After picking the van up a week later, couple days later Herb (Sales rep) called and said everything was in so we made another appointment to drop the van off on a Friday to complete the work - Then I get a call from Herb (Sales rep) saying a tech was on vacation and another tech was sick so they had no one to outfit my van and needed to reschedule the appointment - First availability would be 3 weeks out - I should have walked away then but I didn't - We made the appointment for Monday July 26th - I personally called Herb (sales rep) the Friday before to confirm that we are a go for Monday morning and the van would be done that day - His response was "they were ready to complete the job on Monday" - I even dropped off the van on Sunday night - When I called Herb (sales rep) Monday afternoon to see how the van was coming along, nothing had been done at all to this point - Then I spoke to Travis the service/ installation manager to see why they have not started on my van since this appointment was made three weeks ago - Was told that he got a call from upper management (Corporate office) and was told that a large fleet of other trucks were top priority that day - Nothing else was to get started on until the fleet trucks were done - So screw the little guy who has been waiting five weeks and two appointments for his van to be outfitted - The store manager Ron Hupman went on vacation and left absolutely no one in charge - What an awesome store manager - So I called their corporate office and left a message with Dwayne Welch which I still have not received a phone call back to this point - Take it from me, if you are a small business, your business is NOT important to them so don't waste your time or money - If you are a large fleet company they will screw the small business to get your business - So everyone from the sales rep, install rep, store manager to the corporate office could care less about the small business

My brother Eric Williams worked at shop in Texas. He was most dependable worker Mike had. Spike on a visit get sideways with Eric and fired him. Let me give you an update on Eric. He was Dennis Collins classic Cars manager 5 YRS. Tried to quit twice and was give raise and extra week vacation. Brand new classic car shop mstched his 4 el VAC and Made him GM. Eric had the potential to be more of an asset than anyone you have i'm Ohio. He's dealing with $500,000 cars. So it's Pitt on my part, but hoew else you wud know your an idiot

An absolutely atrocious experience with this company. Contacted them for a quote and approved it on 9/21. We were told it would take a week to get product. After checking back on 10/6 we were told they had forgotten about it and now it would be 10/18. After that email chain they claimed today we did not confirm for the 18th. We get 15-20 vans and trucks outfitted a year. This is by far the worst company I've dealt with.
