Great and fast service. Definitely making this my future garage! The vehicle inspection was very detailed so I now know the true condition of my car. Good clear pictures too! They even tightened up my emergency break with out me asking. It works with every push now! Thanks guys!

The guys at the shop are good folks. Very straight up and honest about the state of your vehicle and willing to work with you on more expensive repairs and maintenance. We get both of our cars serviced there and wouldn't go anywhere else. They also have a very friendly shop dog which is a plus.

Have had my automobiles serviced at Jeff's Automotive for several years. Have always received outstanding service! I recently had a wheel bearing making noise on my 2008 Honda Civic and they identified which wheel and replaced it. Friendly personnel and reasonable prices. Check them out next time you need your car serviced.

Those gentlemen's did a outstanding job on my car specially since I had a problem of other people working on my car. Me and my dad always did it together but he ended up getting dementia and I'm so glad that those gentlemen's understood . What I was going through. they walk me through the detail that need done. And send me the vehicle inspection score they showed me things that I need to have done now and things that can wait which that was great. I want to say I really appreciate the door greeter she checked me out to make sure I was good to go? so guys you did a fantastic job thank you so much and I know my dad would agree with me I will return ? I highly recommend Jeff’s Automotive. This was my first time going there for a car repair, and it was a total breeze and they did a great job. I’ll definitely call them again next time I need a repair done. They were quick, professional, answered all my questions, didn’t pressure me, and best of all, they were the most affordable quote I received AND they got the repair done the same day. They also had a free loaner vehicle I was able to use. I also want to give Jerry kudos! He was “face” of the shop; he’s the one who walked me through everything, got me scheduled, got me set up with the loaner car, etc. etc. Jerry was really kind and made me feel at ease about a pretty big (to me) repair. I replaced the fuel pump twice in my ram 1500 and both pumps failed with in a week of each other. Jeff’s diagnosed the problem and apparently Rock Auto sent the wrong pump twice to me. Thanks to Jeff’s auto the problem was repaired and I had my truck back quickly. Definitely recommend there repair shop and very friendly staff!!

I’ve been going to Jeff’s for a number of years now. They always take good care of me and my car. If I need to drop the car off, they’ll run me back home or provide a loaner car. Or they are happy to let me wait if I’m just getting an oil change. Always honest and upfront with everything, and that means a lot in this day and age. Our family has been taking our vehicles to Jeff's for many years. Everyone is super friendly. The work has been top notch. I used to be a dealer only service gal, but Zach and his team have been reliable and dependable beyond expectations. I brought my Suburban here to get an alignment. I was treated nice. My alignment was done quickly and accurately. The wait time was very reasonable (especially considering that I did not have an appointment). I will recommend this place to any friend who lives in the area.
