Employees are VERY rude.
Update: The DM sent me a gift card and asked me to try again. They were still incredibly rude. The employees literally talk to each other and ignore the customers while acting like it's a hassle to scan my groceries.
Entirely too expensive to also have lousy customer experiences.

This place engages in enormous price gouging. They mark up everyday essentials by 20% or more. It's insanity. I spend 30% less at the kroger in huber heights. They only do it cause IGA has no competition in New Carlisle. Boycott this place. We are never going here again.

Pretty good grocery store, with all normal food items. Their new digital coupons system didn't seem to work completely, but the employees were very helpful to fix the issue.

Too many employees smoke and at the entrance.
One of them is the white-haired lady.That's supposed to be In charge , I would fire That dead beat lady.I don't never see you're doing anything but smoke cigarettes.This should be a smoke free environment
