“I've truly enjoyed my experience at AKP. The coaches meet you where you're at and won't let you fail by trying to go too fast too soon. The other members are very supportive of each other and have created a family environment.Perfect environment for military amd veterans as there is a community of those who have served there as well.”

“Coming from an LA Fitness in Houston, I was used to a gym that is always ultra crowded, people videoing themselves, weights left everywhere, dirty machines and a lot of inoperable equipment.Everybody Fitness was nothing like that. The equipment works, it’s well-maintained and clean, and it’s NOT crowded or full of people making Tik Toks. The weights are all where they are supposed to be. There’s a lot of equipment, machines, and free weights. Plenty of cardio options as well. Apparently there are eight of these in the Dayton area and members can go to all of them with a $30/mo membership. And they’re all open 24 hours a day.I would definitely join this gym if I lived here.”

“Track is great from what you can expect from a track. Six laps around and you’ve got yourself a 1.5-mile run. Gym inside feels small compared to Area B fitness center but there’s enough to make you happy. Little hot in there despite the fans going but seems typical of a hot summer day.”

“The pool is nice and the equipment is good but since it's not open on the weekends it's a little tough to try and catch the hours when it's open. The staff are all really friendly and helpful if you need anything. They also have a bunch of classes and activities if that's your thing.”

“Quiet gym I normally love but the gym is to hot. Complained about the heat when it was 78 degrees previously and was told it was too early to use the air, that we could use the fans and they would keep the door open throughout the day. They now keep it at 73-74 so the entire gym is still hot. I go at night around 10 PM-11 PM and it’s still 76 sometimes 77 even with them keeping the air at 73 to 74. With how much you pay, compared to Planet Fitness you expect some air when you work out. Other than the heat it’s a quiet and nice gym.”

“Dr. Perry runs a phenomenal atmosphere. I enjoy getting in my workout routine here. It's a welcoming environment for sure. Other PFs are nice, but this one is different. I feel like family here. JP hires the best people as well. This place is my happy place.”

“I really really like Dodge gym. It is very clean, convenient and the staff is very pleasant. Cardio machines are up to date and are for the most part always in working order. The gym most definitely pays attention to maintenance. The weights that they do have are pretty great. My biggest issue is that they are missing some machines. I have not found anything for calves (PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE correct me if I am wrong) but there are a number of machines for chest. They also seem to be missing free weights. Again, please let me know if I am missing them. They have a nice out-of-the-way area for sit ups or stretching (not the most well-kept). They also offer classes, which I eventually would love to partake of. Locker rooms are old but well kept. They have a rule that says those with children over 10 years of the opposite sex must use an alternate changing area. Honestly? I think it should be over the age of 5 or 6. I really don't care to change in front of a 7 year old boy and I think the experience would likely be traumatic for the little one. I have never seen a little one in there though so I am not sure that it happens all that frequently. Overall, this is a great place to work out! Need a work out buddy? Message me :) It is always more fun with two!”

“Easy to navigate facility, clean locker rooms and gym space, plenty of equipment (of every type imaginable), friendly staff. There's childcare for those who need it, a swimming pool (classes too) and hot tub to soak in, as well as a sauna! Highly recommend!”
