“I have had the pleasure of working with Brooks Topp and his team at People Bank in St. Marys, OH. My company has done a couple of construction loans with Brooks and I cannot emphasize how amazing the experience has been with customer service and the speed at which loan approval, administrative tasks, etc. are handled.
Brooks takes time out of his day even when he is out of the office to respond to text messages which is something that I know he is doing because he cares about his customers and making sure everything on the banking side is handled smoothly. I know that whenever I e-mail or call anyone from the bank that my requests will be received with professionalism and handled quickly.”
“The new automated phone system is horrible. The only reason I was still banking here was because I could talk to a real person when something was wrong with my account. Now that I can’t do that, I’m going to start transitioning to a new bank
Update: I figured out that if you say “contact banker” to the automated thing it will put you through to a person. It is frustrating that it never gives you any prompt to get through to a banker, but the bankers are super helpful once you do get a hold of them.”
