Complaining about everyone showing up for the free cards 10$ off today, increasing the price.of.not one but two on sale shoes at the register then not even allowing my brother to use his 10$ off Bec he did buy one get one half off, then didn't even give him the price of buy one get one half off Bec his two pair of kids shoes under 40$ each came to 80 something and get this after he told me I advised him to return the lesser pair of shoes that way he can still use his 10$ off and they didn't even apply the 10$ off and also didn't give him a receipt at all 😡 my husband and I have faithfully used this show store for years but after all of this we will start shopping online where sales advertised are honored and not overpriced at the register
And the manager was there for all of it 😡😡😡
School shopping gone bad . If it's advertised for a price honor it.
There is plenty of cameras to prove it wasn't someone who switched tags it was a really bad Experiance

I have shopped at Shoe Show for years when in town. They have all the name brands you are looking for in adult and children sizes. They sell everything from tennis shoes, boots to sandals. On my last visit my Mom was looking for a pair of slide in Skechers and I was looking for sandals. We both hit the jackpot lol. Mom found her Skechers and I found some Tommy Hilfiger brown (the color I was looking for) flip flops. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program as you can accumulate points/money for every purchase that can be used towards your next purchase. The sales associate advised points never expire so you can accumulate as many points as you like. The sales associate was friendly and helpful. I will continue to shop here when I have the need/want to purchase new shoes.

I always get a great deal on some quality stuff. I got the best purse ever (holographic pink pumpkin with gemstone closure) on sale for $9!! The staff was so helpful and friendly. Litteraly the best place to get your footwear and pumpkin purses.

I don't know what the lady's name is but she is so rude she was rude to me and my daughter and my grandbabies and all they were doing is trying on shoes for school and my little year old grandbaby tried on a pair of shoes and she done her best to put them back and the lady came over and said Noo those don't go there very rudely I mean she's 2 years old she was doing her best, she acted rude with my daughter and I from the minute we walked in and I will never go back.

Pretty decent selection, I usually always find something I like, but the only problem is that I usually have to order the shoe I want because they NEVER have my size. I know the past 3 times I have purchased shoes they've had to be ordered. You would think a 7 1/2 being the most common womens shoe size that they would have more of that size!!! I have also just went somewhere else and bought something else because I didn't have time to wait for the order to come in or just left without buying anything at all because its aggravating when every time I come in (which is quite often) y'all NEVER have my size! So Shoe Show...I'm pretty sure I'm probably not the only one with this complaint! Other than that I love your store. Please just keep more sizes in stock...especially the most common shoe size for women!?

The worker was highly just rude. Didn’t greet nobody walking in, didn’t speak to anyone. Talked on the phone laughing the whole time which isn’t bad but ignored customer and was overall not a good experience.
