The only reason I rated this place 3 stars is because of their lack of sizes like 5.5 /6. The prices are really too much for the quality of shoe & have found many pairs cheaper on Amazon. They do not carry the latest trend or fashion either. Other than that the staff was very friendly & the store very clean.

Well one of the workers blonde haired girl and her bf back there making out behind the checkout counter while the older lady is doing all the work, great service from the older lady but it was so awkward during checkout even she had to walk away poor woman needs a raise having to deal with that and not a very good look when customers come in and workers are making out behind the counter take that stuff home and leave it there please children come in there

I have had exceptional service from this store from two employees. Sondra T. helped me by sending me pics and being my personal shopper while I was down with Covid right before Christmas. She pulled my shoes of choice and allowed my neighbor to pick them up for me.Today associate Tiffany went above and beyond today. First when I couldn't see sizes on the boxes, and then when I had issues with my card and the Klarna app. Exceptional service. Will return again and again because of these ladies. Whatever you pay them, add more immediately!

The Employees were very helpful. They acknowledged us the minute we walked in. They even told us about their deals. Usually takes an hr to find something kids like and fitted. Not this time! I'm so thankful they took time to help us. I will not be buying shoes from anywhere but here. You can't beat great customer service!!! Its very hard to find that now a days. Oh n I think its first time in along time no employee was on their phone.
