They do so much better on your nails they don't hurt after you get them done and they listen to what you want I love it I will definitely be going back here best one in Ohio I think

I had an appointment at 11 am I was there and they didn't even start on my nails till 11:40 I left at 12:25 got to work and realized at 2 that my thumb nail was broken.. I tried calling to see about getting it fixed but no answer and I couldn't just go there cause I was at work then I tried calling the next morning and still no answer!! I paid $60 for my nails to be done and not even 2 hrs later and my nail is broke which is crazy!!

The is hands down the absolute BEST nail salon in this area. Luckily, I found this place after receiving such horrible service, along with poorly done nails at Snappy Nails & L-C Nails. This place has been amazing for my daughter & I. We have been clients for 2 years now & we are always happy when we leave. Very professional done nails, clean shop, wonderful ladies, good conversation, funny, welcoming atmosphere & affordable prices. Scheduling an appointment has always went with ease & I have never had a problem. They treat you very kind & my daughter feels like a princess when she leaves. If you want the most beautiful nails done and don't want to waste your money come here. They actually speak English too.

Save your hard-earned money and go elsewhere. I went for a gel manicure and what I got was NOT a manicure. They didn’t even cut or treat my cuticles at all, just filed my nails, buffed them with a buffer which I could have done myself and went straight in with the gel polish. I had to ask the nail tech to at least push back my cuticles, and she did a terrible job with that. The gel polish was put on so badly, there were gaps and bumps everywhere. It was uneven and just awful. It’s like the nail tech did not know what she was doing at all. I literally walked out of LA nails, went to another nail place a few minutes away called L~C Nails and had the terrible polish removed and had a proper gel manicure. The tech at L~C Nails asked me if I had painted the nails myself - that’s how bad it looked. Do yourself a favor and skip LA Nails. They’re friendly there but just don’t know how to do nails at all.

Went there just recently nails are falling off which has never been an issue for me EVER!!! I paid wayy too much money the girls were very nice but this is not the same salon I used to visit I'm looking for a new salon immediately have to fix the mess they have made of my nails. It sucks. It was 200 dollars for 3 full sets a week ago! Nothing xrazy just 2 colors the other color on one nail each hand and then just basic square shape and the other color on the other 8 nails. It was $183 before I tipped 15 dollars I shouldn't have tipped at all bc now I have to get them all redone and it's gonna cost me a bunch more to have someone else redo 3 whole sets of nails but do not go here it's wayyy too much for what you get. This was really recent! And I'm super upset bc I have to find somewhere else to go I. Town recently moved back home and it's just not the LA nails I was used to!Service: Acrylic nails

me and my best friend came in friday on our way to see our boyfriends. we was pushed into doing dip powder(i never again will in my life)and then our technicians was great but were then rushed to get us done so the next people could start the process. my nails are rough and flimsy and in places really thick. I NEVER have written a review for ANYWHERE! But this experience was like no other. My friend and I got our nails done Friday, The atmosphere was great, My service was very rushed after being prepped then the next woman did very thin coats of dip I had rough nails and I have had 5 yes FIVE out of 10 of my nails FALL OFF less than 24 hours after getting them done. I paid over $50. So save your money and go somewhere else. You will not get great service. yes the people are great, polite and friendly but the services your paying for are not great!

The ombre french color turned out great, but my nails were a mess. She left all of the excess around my fingers, and my nails are covering my cuticles. They are getting caught in my hair and were so rough I had to file them myself after. I'm not usually one to write a review, much less a bad one. My experience was horrible for spending 74 dollars.

So the staff was SO friendly the atmosphere was nice, the only problem was the nails. I got my nails done for my 20th birthday and they were ruined and lifting within a day. I got gel and it kept “peeling” off. It happened in the nail salon too when the lady cured the gel then when she went to wipe it with a cotton pad the gel came with it. It happened 2-3 times. Not to mention one came off in the shower and they were chipping.
