The location of my visit was way understaffed and my appointment was 45 minutes later than scheduled due to it. However, I was informed of the delay, she was EXTREMELY professional and helpful. The preparation was smooth and quick. The preparer was unable to print a copy of my refund information and it still haven't received the email I was told would give the information needed to track my refund status. The only reason I didn't give a lower review scores is because of the tax preparer. She was beyond swamped yet she remained polite, gave her full attention to each client, and deserves an award for her multitasking abilities!!!
