I hate posting a bad review but I’m very unhappy with the service provided yesterday. I won’t say her name but the girl that did my hair didn't do what I wanted. I wanted blonde and it looks the same as it did when I went in. I’ll add a photo, literally looks like I went in to get my hair curled, that’s it. No difference at all. I was charged $130 for a partial highlight for nothing! She did a small trim and acted like she wasn’t sure if she doing it right. Asked one of the employees there several times how to go about doing a money piece. Things she should already know. After she washed my hair she used a brush that literally pulled my hair out , she even mentioned “I’m sorry this brush is pulling your hair”. And to top it all off she used absolutely no products on my hair after she washed it. The ends of my hair is COMPLETELY fried! While I was waiting some of the staff there was talking very inappropriately and loud. First and last time I’ll ever go back to this place!!

the stylist mandie at this salon is fantastic! i recently got my haircut at a separate salon and it got completely butchered. i was really sad thinking there was nothing i could do to fix it and could only wear my hair up. however i booked an appointment with mandie and she fixed my hair right up! she really took her time with the cut and made sure i knew what was going on at all times and explained everything very well. i will only be going here from now on. i really recommend this salon!!Services: Haircut

I went into this store and waited at the counter for way too long as I saw ppl talking who was working there!They never bothered to even acknowledge me as I was standing within their view!I finally just turned to leave.I wont go back!

Clean salon front, friendly staff. As a first time client, when I called to make the appointment I should have requested a level 3 or higher stylist but I did not so that's on me. The young lady we had was very nice but will definitely benefit from continuing practice/experience.

I have been going to Keisha at this salon. I love how she does my blonde highlights and she knows a lot about keeping your hair healthy!! I have also had my lashes done by Connie and she is amazing!! Really good salon overall!
