My husband and I went in here today and I noticed that on the way into the store, they have a sign stating that they are looking to fill several jobs. We did our grocery shopping and I decided to check into applying for a job with them, so I went to the service desk. I asked the man at the desk for an application (just an application, mind you) and his first response was "What's your situation? Where do you live?"-spoken rudely. I told him my home location and his next response was "That's a 30-35 minute drive, and during a snow emergency you won't come in." Which, mind you, was entirely wrong. He proceeded to state that it just wouldn't be beneficial to me to apply there. He never gave me an application and I felt as though he discriminated against me because of the way I was spoken to and treated. Needless to say, my husband and I will NOT be coming back and we will spread the word. We will take our $500+ grocery shopping a month elsewhere and suggest that others do as well. If it hadn't been for the fact that I am not a rude person, we WOULD have left our $150 worth of groceries on the conveyor belt and walked out.
