Car Wash seems decent, but are partaking in fraudulent bait-and-switch tactics. Offering a 50% of discount, then raising their prices, offering a smaller discount based on the original prices. Usual Ultimate wash is $22, they offered “half off” for labor day but raised it to $25. Discount of $11 means you pay $14. C’mon guys basic math.. 14 is neither half of 25 nor 22!!! Employee said “management did it because they cant do change” but wont even do it for cc/debit. Suspicious behavior. Wont support that. Go to Captain Carwash or MooMoo.

Alright. But there is no place to wash the vehicle floors. There is nothing on the outside to take out the floors and clean them with soap and water, or a machine that is available to wash it.

If you get any monthly membership, they do not use a sticker in the window, it goes off your license plate and literally half the time it never works! You have to sit there and wait for someone to come out and then go back inside and type your license plate number in. The car wash smells like sewer water when you go thru it. Also they do not cancel your membership when you ask. Beware.

The best carwash in town. The staff is awesome, very professional they all work very very hard. They are humble and very respectful. Thank God for the north Hamilton road location.

BEWARE!!! - This slimy company does NOT take responsiblity for damage they cause to your vehicle.
Loader directed us right into the edge of the track and our hubcap came off the car. Instead of having us back up so they could re-install it, they "put it back on" while we sat in the EXACT SAME SPOT where it came off.
RESULT: The hubcap wasn't re-installed properly and we ended up losing it.
Called 24 hours later when I noticed and they said to "come fill out a claim and they would take care of it." Unfortunately, I was going out of state (which I told them at the time), so I had to wait until I returned.
END RESULT: These slimy morons from the corporate office deny the claim stating:
1. They can see "pre-existing damage" - the car is exactly 1 year old, there was no pre-existing damage to the hubcap.
2. Too much time had lapsed from the time I filed the claim. - Do you mean 24 hours, when I first contacted you!? OR, because, as I told you during our initial conversation, I WAS GOING OUT OF STATE FOR A WEEK!?
This is a terrible company, with slimy business practices. The staff at the location are nice, even if they can't direct you into the loading bay properly, but their hands are tied and the corporate office staff is disgusting, so save yourself the headache and the damage to your car and GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
Nice work Zoom, you lost this customer. I'm going to the moo moo right behind you from now on and I'll continue to share this story with EVERYONE I know.
