The older man that works in the photo department is very rude and acts like I am bothering him every time I go there. Get a new job if you don't like it. I won't be going there anymore.

This location has gone downhill in the last year since new Pharmacists have taken over. Every single time I have a prescription filled by my doctor, I call to see if it's ready and am told it is. Then, when I arrive, it's not ready. Just the other day, I called and was told it was ready. I get there and am told to wait 15 to 20 minutes. I left and came back an hour later and it still wasn't ready! I immediately transferred all of my family's prescriptions over to Giant Eagle Pharmacy.

Multiple issues with this pharmacy including them charging me double for my RX deductible $300.

There were THREE employees in the pharmacy. I walked up to the counter and someone said they would be right with me. Sayeed, the pharm tech was the only person at the drive thru. He was working hard. It wasn't his fault that they were doing drive up Covid testing?!! Another tech took a phone call and was on the phone 6-7 minutes only to tell the customer she couldn't help her, only a pharmacist could. The pharmacist was looking at a computer screen the entire time and made no effort to help. Poor Sayeed kept looking at them and neither one budged. So he stepped away from the window and helped me. 10 minutes and no one else was waiting. The pharmacy needs some serious management.
