Every time something is not working! They didn't get my order, there's a huge line, their computer is down....I hear other peoplein line saying the same.... I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS WALGREENS FOR PHARMACY NEEDS! I'll transfer to ANY other pharmacy! They are a mess! If there was a zero, I'd give it!

Prescriptions are constantly delayed, i have been out of medication for over a month.The pharmacy tech suggested another medication,which i was told was in stock. So i called my doctor to have it called in . .Its been almost a week and nothing. I called today, "we will rush that through . . I confirmed it is in stock". One hour later i get the auto message that its delayed. They are severely understaffed with quality pharmacy staff. This is the absolute worst walgreens if you are looking to switch your prescriptions here . . Don't.

This location never has my prescription ready. This is extremely frustrating especially if you are sick and need the medicine for night time rest. I have tried to give them so many chances maybe with short staff, but after 2 years of constant delays, I am done with this location. Horrible and have no sense of urgency.

The staff here are reasonably nice, but this location clearly can’t handle the volume of people coming in to their pharmacy. My prescriptions are always delayed. If you’re coming through the drive thru, give yourself ample time and be prepared to wait.

Absolute nightmare trying to transfer prescriptions. Created an online account listed all my drugs to transfer and three days later checked to see if the transfer happened and it was blank. No one knows why! Once transfers happened it pulled an old address not my current address I entered when I created the online account. Guess what nobody knows why! The tech told me they don't fill immune suppressant drugs at the local pharmacy. He didn't know who does and told me to call 1 800 Walgreens!! Run away if you can. I'm forced to use Walgreens for my coverage

Been waiting over 24 hours for a refill. No answer when calling pharmacy or put on hold and forgotten about. Spent 10 minutes on hold before line just disconnected.

I called yesterday, and they said my prescription would be ready today. If they couldn't fill it, they should have called me back to let me know. I get here and they tell me that they can't get it ready until the next day. Well, then why did they say it would be ready today? I wasted time in the long line. And, the employee wasn't friendly. There was an absence of customer service.This Walgreens often has a long line and long wait. I was talking to someone in line scheduled for a 4:30 COVID shot. It was 5:46 and that person was still waiting for their scheduled appointment. I know employees are hard to come by these days, but no one seemed to be working with any sense of urgency either. Everyone was moving at a relaxed pace.Once, I went to get my prescription during pharmacy hours, but the pharmacy was closed because the pharmacist was sick. Ok. Is there only one pharmacist? I was leaving town and had to go without my meds because one pharmacist was sick? When asked, they couldn't even transfer the prescription because the pharmacy was closed so they couldn't access my account.I am editing this review to take away 2 stars. I am at my wits end. Today I tried calling 6 times. Every time I waited on hold. The pharmacy tech would pick up the phone, quickly say, "hold," and put the phone on hold longer. Each time I called, the hold music would play for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes it would just ring and ring until someone picks up. Only they don't pick up. They just hang up on you. This repeated 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening. Then, I show up in person. They tell me it will be ready in 5 minutes. It was 19 minutes before it was ready and they only had enough to give me 15% of the prescription. This is poor inventory management. I get the same number of pills on the same day every month. You would think they would stock it since it is a regular script. Nope. This was the fourth or fifth time that I could only get 10-15% of my prescription because it is out of stock. This makes no sense. They know I am going to need these pills every month, yet they don't have them. It is absolutely ridiculous. And it isn't just this Walgreens. It is all Walgreens. I switched Walgreens and still have the same issues. Everyone I talk to tells me to go somewhere else because Walgreens is terrible. But my insurance only works at 2 pharmacies: Walgreens or Royal pharmacy. There is no Royal pharmacy in my area. I may change my health insurance policy just to change pharmacies next year.Don't go here. It is a complete waste of your time. And employees are apathetic. They don't even seem to care that they are bad at their job. No customer service at all.I went back to get the rest of my prescription. It was supposed to be ready 2 days ago. It wasn't ready when I arrived. And, they never even got more in, so they could only give me 12 days worth out of 30. While I was waiting, 8 people went to the counter to pick up meds. Six of those people have to go back tomorrow because their meds weren't ready. A doordash employee showed up to pick up meds for a delivery. They weren't ready either. I watched several people try to pick up at the drive thru. Theirs weren't ready either. Then I watched them hang a closed sign and shut down the drive thru while there were still people in line waiting, probably for several minutes.My partner went to pick up his meds today. He gets them the same day every month. Out of Stock.

One of the worst Walgreens. People come to a Walgreens for convenience and this one takes forever at both the pharmacy and the store. PLEASE get a self check out! Your employees are slow, rude, and annoying! (Especially Suzanne! -tiny, brunette, older woman that will not let you out of a conversation for at least 20 minutes..usually longer!)

Waited for over 15 mins to be even acknowledged at the pharmacy. I didn't expect anything other than someone to acknowledge I was there waiting. They only had 1 pharmacist and 1 person filling scripts and doing injections. Finally after 15 mins, someone else came and started helping in the pharmacy. I know they are busy, but if they are going to set up injections for every 15 mins, they need to staff way better.

If you want friendly service, don’t come here. Pharmacist didn’t seem like they were interested in helping me. There was no one in line. Cashier not friendly or professional. Total lack of customer service. It was actually a depressing experience. I’ll never return.

Do Not come here to get a vaccination!!!! They don't care about anyone, they are literally coming out once every 15-20 to give one shot and then disappear again. They can't even track who is waiting, they just called a lady back who had been here 5 minutes. Some of us have been here over an hour! If they can't handle the demand then they need to stop taking appointments!

I made appointments to get immunizations for my kids. These are required for school. When I got there they were out of stock the immunizations. If you knew we were coming in for those specific shots and you knew you they were not in stock then you should have at least called me to reschedule instead of wasting my time by letting me come in there.

Slow service. Their phone service tells you your prescription will be ready at a certain time. You even wait until their scheduled lunch break is over. You drive your sick, sick self to go pick up your antibiotics, and they tell you to come back in 20 mins. All I want is to rest and take my medicine to feel better. Try harder, Walgreens.
