I don’t like giving 1 star since the employees were courteous enough, but this location advertises (and lets you book) PCR covid tests- yet doesn’t seem to give them. Came to the location after booking one and waited for abt. 45 minutes before being told they actually didn’t offer PCR tests any more and could do a regular antigen test (like the kind you can do yourself at home.) The testing machine was just sitting in the back of the pharmacy section unused. I’m not sure why they didn’t just tell me they weren’t offering that kind of test and made me wait instead. Perhaps they thought I was foolish enough to repeatedly click the wrong option? Either way, really depressing- especially when they clearly have the machine that allows them to test still.

Pharmacist shorted my prescription and wouldn’t count it out. “Said too bad for you”
Make them count it out and film it.

Pharmacy prepare to wait and have errors everywhere as for food $8 for a box of cereal equivalent to $2.19 at Aldi's they're close by but it's not worth going there you never know when they're open their hours keep moving around clearly I'm unhappy and you're really can't talk to anybody they just give you the runaround

The two gay guys who work here should be fired. Terrible service, it’s evident that Walgreens will hire just about anyone regardless of how rude and disrespectful they are.

Was sent to this location by my bank to make a cash deposit.. the two workers on shift at 9:30a today thought it was a complete joke. Zero customer service … then tried to be funny by offering me a credit card application afterwards. The audacity of some of these entitled employees is astounding. I am of mixed race and unsure if this was a racial matter but certainly felt that way.

Thee absolute worst pharmacy in town!! Unprofessional, rude, and slower than molasses in January! On hold for 20 min, told my prescription would be ready 4-4:30 only to see ‘out of stock’ at 5 when I’m heading there. …. Another time I’ve sat in the drive thru for 30 min literally!! No one acknowledged I was there until I call in to the store manager and he walked back there to see what was going on. No apology no concern etc. I’m done with this pharmacy!! I’ve never seen such incompetence. And I still have more horror stories!!

Every time something is not working! They didn't get my order, there's a huge line, their computer is down....I hear other peoplein line saying the same.... I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS WALGREENS FOR PHARMACY NEEDS! I'll transfer to ANY other pharmacy! They are a mess! If there was a zero, I'd give it!

Prescriptions are constantly delayed, i have been out of medication for over a month.The pharmacy tech suggested another medication,which i was told was in stock. So i called my doctor to have it called in . .Its been almost a week and nothing. I called today, "we will rush that through . . I confirmed it is in stock". One hour later i get the auto message that its delayed. They are severely understaffed with quality pharmacy staff. This is the absolute worst walgreens if you are looking to switch your prescriptions here . . Don't.

This location never has my prescription ready. This is extremely frustrating especially if you are sick and need the medicine for night time rest. I have tried to give them so many chances maybe with short staff, but after 2 years of constant delays, I am done with this location. Horrible and have no sense of urgency.

The staff here are reasonably nice, but this location clearly can’t handle the volume of people coming in to their pharmacy. My prescriptions are always delayed. If you’re coming through the drive thru, give yourself ample time and be prepared to wait.

Absolute nightmare trying to transfer prescriptions. Created an online account listed all my drugs to transfer and three days later checked to see if the transfer happened and it was blank. No one knows why! Once transfers happened it pulled an old address not my current address I entered when I created the online account. Guess what nobody knows why! The tech told me they don't fill immune suppressant drugs at the local pharmacy. He didn't know who does and told me to call 1 800 Walgreens!! Run away if you can. I'm forced to use Walgreens for my coverage
