Walgreens has staff that can be unfriendly, but some employees are very kind and efficient. The photo department provides great customer service, with associates going above and beyond to help with orders. Some staff members, such as those at the front and in the pharmacy, are patient and provide exceptional service. Walgreens also offers convenient services like covid booster shots, which can be booked by phone and completed quickly in-store. Overall, Walgreens has friendly and helpful associates, and some services are easy and free.
Worst pharmacy on the planet. I’ve been 3 times today, they have told me it will be 45 more mins every time I have arrived. The people behind the counter just talked to each other while I was waiting in line for 15 mins. Their answering AI is the worst I’ve seen so far. Do not go here.

On hold to speak with pharmacy for 30 minutes and then they picked up line AND hung up line. New customer but obviously that relationship lasted 30 minutes.
