I recently stopped by this UPS store to get some signs printed for my sister's bridal shower, and I cannot express how incredible the experience was! The store manager was beyond helpful, jumping in to assist the second I walked through the door. The signs turned out perfect—exactly what I needed. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly well-trained. I've visited many UPS stores over the years, but this one truly stands out. The manager and his team are amazing, and I highly recommend this location for all your printing and shipping needs!

Needed to get some fingerprints done and I was having a lot of problems. Tried on two different days. And I must say Rick was extremely helpful and very nice. The whole staff there was very kind and trying to help in any way possible but Rick was there both days and stepped in both times to help. Thanks again brother.

I’ve been to over 40 UPS stores all over the country as an e-commerce business owner. This is the best one by far. This is the Rolls-Royce of UPS stores. It is a truly a 10/10.

Do not ship packages from this location if you think they are going to be delivered anywhere near on time. Dropped off at 9am the shipping label was printed at 6 pm. 4 days later it's not even out for delivery? There was a solid effort on up selling repackaging the shipment, charging me 3x the price for faster than ground etc. I'll just use FedEx or even USPS if I need to get some delivered reasonably on time. Very disappointed with this location not mentioning that it won't even get a shipping label or get picked up till 6pm. I hope it was worth it as you've lost a loyal shipping customer UPS.

Highly recommended! My son went out of state and forgot something. I went to this store to have it shipped to the hotel he is staying at. Two days later the store called to let me know the package got delivered to the hotel. He just wanted to let me know the front desk signed for it. I immediately called my son and he went down to the front desk and got his package. What great customer service! I will never go anywhere else to send packages. This is the only store for me!

The nicest staff, great experience even when it gets a little busy. Always acknowledging customers. The best UPS in the country I’ve ever been to hands down. I’ve lived around the US and never experienced such kindness and helpfulness. Also love seeing the pup when hes there. Thank you for going above and beyond to serve your community!!!
