I came in to do a walk-in spray in. Taylor is who helped me & she suggested great additives for my very first spray tan, and I came out looking phenomenal. She is a great employee and very attentive, and intelligent on products and complimented my spray on the way out :) thank you Taylor you’re super nice !!

They put me in a dirty room. there was tanning lotion all over the bed and when I went up to the front they let me know that the bed has had problems all day and they forgot to clean it and they were sorry, I asked for a manager and the girl I was talking to was her. There was about 4 or 5 young girls standing in the front talking when I walked in so why my bed was dirty makes no sense. I was visibly upset and asked them to change my package to another location and they told me i can go there myself and it will transfer. They did nothing to make me feel better about almost laying down on someone else sweaty body, I’m so disgusted.

They made a mistake and charged me $10, would not refund! Won’t be going back, ever. The last 2 months I have gone in, there has been a credit card on my account that does not belong to me, so the monthly payment had not gone through, fine. The first time “my” card was rejected in June, I was charged the usual amount and paid via Apple Pay, no problems. Same with the following month of July, no problems. Went in today, again was told that “my” card was rejected. I told the associate that it was not my card and opened my wallet to pay and as soon as the transaction went through, I was told it was $10 more than in the past. I inquired as to why and was told there was a $10 for “my” credit card being rejected. IT WAS NOT MY CARD! There are 2 customers there with my same name. The associate called Kasey, I guess the regional manager, and she refused to give me back the $10 I paid because someone else’s card was rejected. I had no idea that in June and July this fee was being waived or even existed. This Palm Beach Tan made a mistake on my account, failed to tell me about it and charged me $10 for it. I cancelled my account today and will not return!8/24/23I emailed you as you requested and no response!?8/29Your request that I email you must be a ruse to make other consumers think that you are responsive to complaints. I have emailed you twice in hopes of getting some clarity on this issue and yet still no reply.

The bathrooms were almost as nasty as the girl's attitude at the front desk. Other employees have been great. Not this one

A good place to go whether you are starting your tan or you are looking to add a little more color. The staff is very professional yet maintains a friendly demeanor towards the guests. I find that most of the associats seem to know the the client's by name. A welcome change from most of the faceless businesses I encounter on a regular basis these days. I would definitely recommend Palm Beach Tan to anyone looking for a positive tanning experience. The variety of tanning beds and spray tan options is outstanding!

Girls that work there were fabulous and extra helpful. They spent a lot of time explaining all of the tanning options to me!

Extremely clean but they need to change the bulbs more often and update older beds very friendly and Noel was very helpful and polite friendly staff
