Having a reliable real estate agent is the great way to be successed to find our home in a foreign country. I was glad that we made it happen. He knows the market trends, analyzes data, crunches numbers, but most importantly he will help you buy/sell your house! He handles the paperwork to save your time and sanity. He went above and beyond to be available and coordinate with our schedules. Bonus, he's really nice.

Michael was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process of buying my first property. I was shopping remote from California and he was more than willing to take detailed videos of all the properties I was interested in. He has a ton of experience in the real estate industry and has a great understanding of underlying issues you should be looking out for when buying a property and always gives you an honest, unbiased review… never trying to just make a quick sale. He treats and advises you as if you were family. I couldn’t have asked for a better first time buyer realtor experience. At times I actually felt bad for taking all of his time away from his wife. I will absolutely be recommending Michael to anyone buying or selling in the Columbus area. Appreciate all your help and hard work!

We've had 6 buy/sells with Michael, and our daughter had one as well. He works very hard to get you the best deal possible and makes the real estate game less stressful and even fun. He knows how to inspect, what needed changes may cost, and how to get stuff done. He's not afraid to get dirty, and wears clothes that can climb down in the crawl space. We've always gotten great info and service from Mike, and laughs, too!
