Fine job your horrific Kroger employees did enlisting the help of two oath breaking murderers from the Blendon Township Police Department to have them EXECUTE a young woman and her unborn child in your parking lot! You, your company and your cowardly employees make me sick! Shame on all of you!!!My comments to Blendon Township Police Department township police and their sociopath chief:Wow! Just wow! Justifying the murder of a pregnant woman and child with BS lies and excusing the murder of a pregnant woman and the unborn child. How do you even look your family in the eye you criminals? Oh that's right you're all sociopaths so you have no conscience! Wow just wow! Tell that BS to God at the gates of heaven and see how well that BS works for you! CRIMINAL Oath Breaking pigs!Hey you murdering oath breaking criminals! Is this what serving the community looks like to you assh0les in 2023? youtube.com/live/dLh2qHO…Did I just hear your criminal chief make an EXCUSE justifying murdering that pregnant woman! What the fuck are you sociopaths doing! Shame on all of you public officials in Blendon Township for supporting a murderer and NOT charging him! You make me sick!

Continued price increases even after inflation has gone downFilthy floors, shelves, and cartsLack of parking, huge potholes, and failure to shovel lot after heavy snowProducts past expiration dates still sitting on shelvesSale promotions requiring a customer to buy 5 or more in order to get the sale price. This type of sales promotion benefits only the first few customers to shop that day as they are forced to deplete the supply thus leaving no product for the following customers.Digital coupons are even worse as they require the customer to log on to the Kroger app on their cell phones while shopping. And lastly, carding customers in their 60's and 70's in order to purchase a bottle of wine with groceries. Really?

About once a month or so, I wont't receive an item that I pay for. This week it was chicken breasts and another time it was a starbucks gift card. So ridiculous.

This is a great location. The store is very organized, the staff is nice and they have great deals from produce to meat.

Horrible Pharmacy staff. They are rude, there is always a mix up with my medicine. Tech misinformed me about my meds , when I called to file a complaint the supervisor scolded me instead of taking advice and speaking to her tech.

NEW Let's start by saying this negative review is WAY past due as I have experienced TIME after time total disregard for the customer. On 8-12-22 at 9:10 pm my sale price beer rang up incorrect, I was told to run back and get a picture of the signage stating the sale price, returned only for him to look at it and say we can't adjust alcohol once it's rung up. I ask if he could call the manager to do it, he said they're going to tell you the same thing. In my head I'm thinking, then why did you make me run all the way to the back of the store to get proof? I nicely informed the employee I would be writing a review. I don't know how anyone else feels but, my eyes it is a form of dishonesty, disregard, and stealing money ( regardless of price ) from the consumer. The gentleman next to me spoke up and said " I heard all that, would you like help writing your review ". Here's the kicker, when I got home and looked at my receipt I noticed not only did I not get the sales price, I was charged more than the original price?!?!? Really Krogers? It's upsetting that now I will have to drive out of my way to get my groceries because I will no longer be treated with this disrespect. if corporate happens to read this review perhaps you could integrate integrity into your training manual. But like they say, this is how the rich get richer, and the poor get poor. Goodbye Kroger's, hello giant eagle.

It's a normal Kroger. I'm writing a review just because I thought it was interesting that there were so many products on the floor. Not on the shelves. I mean on the floor. On purpose. There just seemed to be too much items and not enough room on the shelves so the staff just towered them next to the shelves on the floor. I was glad I didn't have a cart and was just picking up two items.

I used to love this pharmacy. But recently I have had to deal with some health issues & have had to utilize medicine more often, and my experiences have been less than stellar. The associates are often rude, short in their responses, and act with a general feeling of being bothered any time you call. Please keep in mind that many people you deal with are in pain or not feeling well and simple manners & kindness goes a long way. If this pharmacy was not close to me, I would likely switch because I dread calling knowing I will be met with someone treating me poorly.

We started coming to this Kroger in March when the Pandemic was in full swing. It's 3 miles from our home and our other Kroger is only a mile away from the house; still, we make the weekly short trek to New Albany as this store is better stocked than the other one so it became out tried and true go-to store. Plus, it's on the way to our doggie day care we have more than one stop and it is between our home and where my parents reside in their assisted living in Granville so it became our stop for them since July. Great, great, great consistent staff. Very friendly. Very professional and fun despite this awful time in our country. I will admit when this store was undergoing renovations about a year or so ago, I hate it. There was absolutely no method to the madness where items were temporarily placed. Thank God we hung in there. Now we use both Krogers close to the house. This one for our weekly stop and the other as it has a liquor store inside when we need fresh bottles for our home bar! :)

The Pharmacy does not call me if there is an issue with my prescription and have made me run out several times. I am disabled and my medication is vital for me to take as I have seizures when they don’t have my medicine in stock. The pharmacist Mary at New Albany is rude and when I went in to inquire on a script she called the insurance company and made a point to say - so I was right? When in fact my insurance company called them the next day and it was an error on Mary’s part and my insurance company walked them thru what they did wrong. They also shorted me 100 pills on a 120 prescription and they didn’t read the printout that said 120 and the bottle printout the 1 was light so they gave me 20. I will not ever go back to the pharmacy at Kroger again. Especially the New Albany location. They run out of my major scripts I need to prevent my seizures and I advise anyone with major medical issues to not use Kroger Pharmacy’s.

I'm extremely disappointed to even be taking the time to share a few recent experiences here. I live behind this location so to say I'm in here on a daily basis would be an understatement. Literally have went in without my wallet (not once) and trusted to leave with merchandise, only to come back 5 minutes later and pay my bill. So to share this saddens me. 1/23/20-1/24/20-I'm a smOker. My wallet was stolen a few days prior. These people know me by fIrst name, two know my Kroger ID by hearT. Two different occasions I go in to by cigs and expLain I don't have mYY physical licEnse but I do have a pic on my phone. No problem. Off I went. Last night "Alex" wouldn't do it. Said he has to have a physical copy for cameras. I'm 40 years old. He refused. Just a mAjor inconvenience. 1/15/20-1/25-20-My son goes bananas using my debit card on his Xbox so I purchased a "green dot" card so I can load money in it for him to use. Once it's gone, it's gone. "Tonja", a MGR here has been working customer service the last fEw times I've beEn in to do it, every time she does something wrong and gets angry with me cause they have to do some lengthy process oN theiR end to correct problem. Every time, a kinder MGR has stepppeD in like today and voila! Done. No problem. I went in tonight, saw shEs woRRking and told "Alex" I'd come back tomorrow. Head people at Kroger. SHape up or you'll lose this family. We spend $1600/month there to feed this fammily. I won't keep continuing to do business where a few people continue to treaT me like CRAP!

I used the pharmacy. My doctor called in the prescription and when I got there (6 minutes away) it was ready.
