Horrible!!!! Wouldn’t even give one star! Ordered july 11th I placed a large order with a lot of summer clothes figuring my girls would be able to wear them this year and back to school clothes but it was going on twoMonths of no order , things started to get refunded because they were no longer available , I called and always got the same run around “ they can’t tell me anything other than my order is getting ready to process” . Then reading everyone else’s stories of the same thing happening I just canceled my order and took my business to target and kohls

I should give this company -0…why would you have a major sale knowing many parents are getting their girls ready to go back to school and the warehouse can not fulfill the orders?? I placed my order on July 12th at 7:58 a.m….it is exactly a month and 2 days later and my order HAS NOT SHIPPED! Everytime I call the customer service reps lie and give a different story everytime! Love their clothes but this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!

I truly want to give this company 0 stars but since we have to include one….There it is. This is THE absolute WORST company I’ve ever ordered with. I ordered my daughters items June 29th for our vacation that was 3 weeks out. Today makes 5 weeks since I initially placed my order. It’s August 3rd and I still haven’t received my order so I just canceled it altogether. If you have 3-6 months to wait for clothing then order here. It’s pretty ridiculous actually. Customer service reps that I spoke to were pretty amazing and understanding though!

After today I completely understand why this company is failing. Their customer service is atrocious. I placed an order as I have done many times in the past. They sent my order to an address where I lived 10 years ago. They refuse to reorder my items for the price I paid for them and send them to the correct address. As they state due to their restructing they are unable to make any adjustments. No wonder this company is failing. They make a mistake and can not fix it. I say a good riddance to this poor company. I deal with some other companies who do know the meaning of great customer service.

They need to make clothes in a SIZE 9!!!! 8 is too short, and 10-12 is too big around the waist!!!

I have shopped Justice for over 10 years and have never had issues but I went to the Heath Justice to exchange a pair of jeans and was told that they would not exchange without a receipt.. this is crazy I just need a different size and they are still in the store

Justice has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Even when the customer is right, they have an "oh well" attitude. They will no longer receive my money and I will be telling all of the parents I know that shop here about my experience in hope that they wont shop here either.

I received the worst customer service EVER at the Walker store! I have been a shopper for my girls for over 10 years & I have never been treated in such a poor manner. I went in to return a shirt that shrank considerably in the wash (I DID have a receipt.) The employee said since I washed it, it couldn’t be returned. Well, OF COURSE I washed it...I am returning it because it shrunk! Justice you need to stand behind your products! She refused to return it. She then called another store (with complete attitude I might add), again making me the bad person. Justice, in the age of online, your costumer service should be superb, thus making people WANT to come in your store! You created the polar opposite. THANK YOU for giving me a reason to never shop there again!!

Apparently, my business wasn't needed. I think it's disgusting to walk into a place of business, and they fail to acknowledge you at all! On Tuesday, April 30, 2019 around 7: 30 PM, my family walked into Justice in Greenwood Park Mall in Indiana. My 7 year old wanted to look for a special outfit for her upcoming birthday. Neither of the 2 young girls on shift even addressed us. We stood in that store for at least 10 minutes. I let my daughter roam and look. However, I knew that there was no way I would spend a single dollar in this store, simply because the 2 girls never even looked in our direction. One was getting off shift. So, maybe she decided that she didn't care. But the girl who was left alone, never did come and ask if we needed help, see if there was anything we were looking for, or even said hello. Needless to say, we walked out of the store, and will be taking our business somewhere else! Poor customer service!.

My daughter loves Justice she happened to misplace her gift card! I have called to put the form in so corporate can contact me! After 4 phone calls between "customer service" and the Gift Card Center and being told different things I finally filled the form out now I call Gift card service to confirm and follow up on form put in they transfer me to customer SERVICE who transfers me to a different Customer service WHO THEN TRANSFERS ME BACK TO THE GIFT CENTER TO BE TRANSFERED BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! ALL I want to do is confirm if form was put in for lost gift card! Please someone contact me in regards to this please !
