Just went to Giant Eagle New Albany. 8:00 p.m.. wanted to get a cake. No one working the counter. Went to a cashier and she asked some guy to help us. Talked to himself all the way to the counter. Put the cake in a box, dirty hands and all. Nasty experience. Maybe Giant Eagle should hire some people. We won't be going back.. EVER!

giant eagle is absolutely terrible when it comes to the Bourbon allocations for Saturday morning. even if you call early morning the kid answering the phone will never walk back to see what’s on the list. now i understand why i see so many horrible reviews when it comes to dealing with this.

Went there for one thing. They always only had a couple and then they stopped carrying it. If you sell something and you never have enough to sell all week long then don't you think you should order more of that product rather than stop selling it.
