“We started coming to this Kroger in March when the Pandemic was in full swing. It's 3 miles from our home and our other Kroger is only a mile away from the house; still, we make the weekly short trek to New Albany as this store is better stocked than the other one so it became out tried and true go-to store. Plus, it's on the way to our doggie day care we have more than one stop and it is between our home and where my parents reside in their assisted living in Granville so it became our stop for them since July. Great, great, great consistent staff. Very friendly. Very professional and fun despite this awful time in our country. I will admit when this store was undergoing renovations about a year or so ago, I hate it. There was absolutely no method to the madness where items were temporarily placed. Thank God we hung in there. Now we use both Krogers close to the house. This one for our weekly stop and the other as it has a liquor store inside when we need fresh bottles for our home bar! :)”

“This Sheetz hooked me up with the most bomb chicken bacon ranch flatbread ever...tbh Panera could NEVER! Thank u Sheetz for keeping it real

PS I saved one (1) piece of the flatbread for my fiance to try after work to show him how good it was...and that's love, because I really wanted to eat it.”

“I recently joined under the standard membership because there was an online discount (from $55 to only $20 for 1yr, and you can add 1 household member for free). Below are the pros and cons after my first visit to the New Albany location. Pros: -Quite possibly one of the best and largest cookies in Columbus (no, seriously) and it was only $1.50 for a cookie and a fountain drink special. -very clean store with friendly greeters and staff at the service desk -not too crowded (compared to Costco, I could actually breathe) -a great meat and deli section with lots of cuts and variety of products -BJs coupons can be combined with any manufacturer coupons -plenty of parking -membership price is great and ability to add another member for free Cons: -deals are not quite as good as Costco on most sale items/specials that were advertised -fewer brands offered overall than Costco (except deli/meat area) -no seating for the snack bar -small electronics section”

“While Costco has some products that are superior, mostly house brand items, the BJ experience cannot be beat. Costco is always stressful and employees seem annoyed. BJ's is always pleasant and the employees are always friendly.”

“I was heading to a job and didn’t have time to stop anywhere else so i looked at their sandwiches. I got a roast beef and Swiss on an onion roll. I told the attendant im going to warm this a little if that’s okay. He gave me lettuce and tomato to put on it. Made it orders of magnitude better than it would have been, dry and cold. Ty for caring.”

“Fuel is standard here. The big difference is the convenience store. It's not just a glass box with a human inside. sliding you goods through a drawer. The location is very odd. That New Albany exit is confusing enough, but the station is a bit of an obstacle to the traffic flow. I have been inside to purchase a beverage and a gift card. Service was fast and friendly. Many of the cubes have a VERY limited supply of gift card choices other than their own. +Here's what brings me here. -convenient proximity -fuel rewards points -great free air pump with gauge”
