“Love this place. I used to always go to Connell for flowers years ago. Paid them a visit recently. I still love the selections they offer. (Not as big of a facility as when they were located near the Bexley Library, but still nice! )”

“I went in to get a Thanksgiving centerpiece they made me one which was quite spectacular. The price was right and my family loved it. Went in and saw something like the one I ultimately purchased and just ask them to make 1 like that but with more volume. Love the final result. And most importantly, my mother, now 89, said its a very beautiful centerpiece. Since I don't live in the area, but grew up in Westerville, I'll occasionally send flowers to family, and most particularly, my mother! I suppose I could just order from a generic website but I like to support local businesses. I've always used Westerville Florist. They have always been eager to help, make suggestions, and accommodate delivery timeframes. They will always have my business.”

“I walked in here during a 4th Friday event and found a nice pothos plant that I just had to have. It was very healthy when I bought it and has tripled in size in the last few months. I’ll check it out again just to see what else they have from time to time. They seemed to have quite a few ferns and succulent arrangements in the summertime.”

“I ordered a sympathy arrangement and mistakenly had it delivered a week to early. I called and explained what happened and asked if they could give me a discount on another arrangement to be delivered the following week. The young lady (Kim) asked me to hold on and she would get back to me. Kim came back to the phone and verified the recipients name, address, date and time for delivery. She then added, "we will re deliver the exact same arrangement, the following week at no additional cost, that's the discount we will give you". I could not believe what I just heard! I was hoping to get the delivery charge waived, not a free arrangement. Not only does this company have beautiful, healthy flowers, plants and arrangements, but their customer service is outstanding. On a scale of 1-5, I give them a 10. Oberer's Flowers is my go to Florist!”

“I was in the Westerville, Ohio store this morning. As I was searching for an item, two stockers were standing near me, and one of them was dropping the F bomb, not to mention, a few other choice words right in the middle of isle 11. I don’t talk like that nor appreciate hearing others speak like that around me. What professionalism that showed!!! That store has gone down hill tremendously from what it used to be. I think I’m going to start driving the extra distance and give my business to Meijer.”

“This Kroger was super clean and the bakery department looked amazing. We ended up getting a super fresh baguette for only 99 cents! We plan on making some vodka rigatoni tomorrow and needed a nice crisp break to sop everything up! Lots of good deals in the store today and who doesn't love having a Starbucks right in the store?!?!?! It's our first time at this particular location but it's pretty certain that we will be back when we are coming back from the Lowe's down the road. Hurrah!”

“This is a special shout out to the employees here in Whitehall. This is not the closest location to my house so why would i come here?? Its the costumer service, the sales and the great people who shop here jus like im doin. I know a few employees who work there and the always do there job with a positive attitude with a smile on there face. Its like goin to a bar and the bartender is smilin while their makin your drink.....that goes a long way. Anyway to Paula, Shana, Ray, and James....keep up the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have to share this also. About 2 yrs ago I'm in the checkout line and its time to pay up, well i left my wallet in the car so i run out to get it. By the time i got back, all my groceries were paid for and bagged up. The very nice lady who did that was on her way out the door so i catch up to her and thank her from the bottom of my heart. She said she felt like doin somethin good for someone. That goes to show that there are still great people around and its a blessing to run into them.”
“Considering all that's going on, everyone was very friendly. The store was clean and well stocked. Fresh baked goods, plenty of meat and fresh vegetables. The aisles are a little narrow but it was honestly no problem. I'll shop here again”

“We started coming to this Kroger in March when the Pandemic was in full swing. It's 3 miles from our home and our other Kroger is only a mile away from the house; still, we make the weekly short trek to New Albany as this store is better stocked than the other one so it became out tried and true go-to store. Plus, it's on the way to our doggie day care we have more than one stop and it is between our home and where my parents reside in their assisted living in Granville so it became our stop for them since July. Great, great, great consistent staff. Very friendly. Very professional and fun despite this awful time in our country. I will admit when this store was undergoing renovations about a year or so ago, I hate it. There was absolutely no method to the madness where items were temporarily placed. Thank God we hung in there. Now we use both Krogers close to the house. This one for our weekly stop and the other as it has a liquor store inside when we need fresh bottles for our home bar! :)”
