Such a great experience at Express Oil Change this afternoon. My car had been stolen earlier in the year and I am not 100% sure what needs done after all the repairs. Paul, my technician was very helpful in ensuring that I got the services I needed and make sure that my car was in working condition. Thank you very much for the help today

Amazing experience. The pricing wasn’t bad and Jim took great care of me. He took the time to explain everything to me and was very patient answering my questions. Probably the best shop experience I’ve ever had working with him.

Came in during the evening for an oil change before a road trip on a rainy day and Remy and Alex were friendly and cheerful. Pulled me right into the bay and they got to work. A+ customer service, very up front about everything they were doing as they did their checks.

Remmy, Paul, & Alex were great! I had gotten my oil changed at another shop and after realizing my skid plate was put on incorrectly and dragging on the road, I stopped in here and they got it put back on correctly in no time. They were very kind, helpful, and informative to help me understand what happened. I would definitely recommend these guys!

I have utilized Express Oil and Tire Change Engineers through their oil change service and mechanical. This group was friendly, thourough and got my vehicle up and running quickly each time. Between the transmission work and oil change the prices were competitive but more than fair. They did an absolutely amazing job with the work on my car. Not only were they behind polite when handling the work, they were upfront and entirely honest about work that was optional/needed as well as transparent about costs. Just finished getting an oil change, and boy did I love the experience!Alex was amazing throughout the entire process, and even saved me some money along the way. He knew the exact oil type and filter for my van without even having to look it up!He thoroughly explained each step of the process, and explained how to re-set my own codes. He had a very exuberant demeanor, which I quite enjoyed. Highly reccomend the oil change experience at Express, especially from Alex.
