I hired Esoteric to work on my new car, adding front-end and high-impact PPF, ceramic coating the car and wheels, and adding window tint. It was not cheap, and it was worth every penny. The team at Esoteric provide consistent impressive quality in all that they do. They communicate clearly, they are helpful with advice while not being pushy, and the craftsmanship is apparent in the finished product. The results make it clear they lavish attention on every car they work with, no matter if it’s a rare hypercar or a daily driver CUV. The finished product isn’t just a pretty car – it’s a better car than what they start with. I’m a happy customer, and I’m going to be a repeat customer. Hands Down 15/10 Recommend Esoteric Detail:A profound thank you for the entire process from start to finish for my project which included window tint. new car prep, full wash, paint correction/polishing, PPF and ceramic coating inside and out.Scheduling as soon as I ordered my vehicle back in June, to your dedicated staff explaining the services and products that would be best for my vehicle, to the drop off process - the consistent updates/photo progress updates - the pickup process to the finished product! I spent 46 years with the same company, 25 years in R&D and 21 years Sales. You probably wonder; why would I share that? Well, let me explain. I learned over the course of my career that customer service is what separates one organization from another in the same space. Afterall, no customers no business, right?I have been purchasing detailing supplies from Esoteric Detailing for many years and probably watched Todd's detailing and new product videos longer than that. Why do I keep going back? Customer Service, plain and simple. Yes. the product lines they handle are awesome, but the organization itself goes beyond awesome. I simply can't say enough good things about Esoteric except for anyone reading this review should by all means give them a try....you will not be disappointed.

I enjoy detailing my cars. Esoteric has a great YouTube channel explaining products and techniques. They also, of course, sell the products they demo on their website. The products they offer are truly top shelf and, considering the quality, reasonably priced. If you're looking for expert advise and great detailing products this is the place to go.

After having a rock assault my car on the highway when only a month old, I went in search of the best protection for my car and found Esoteric. After I applied the touch up paint, my car went to Esoteric for the complete new car package. I love how it has made my car shine and will continue to shine for years. The blue has really popped and looks magnificent! Detailing made the inside look brand new again. Fantastic customer service! "Over the top" is the best way to describe the Ecoteric operations. It starts with leadership and that happens through their very credible YouTube voice- Todd C. Just picked up my Mercedes GT from them. They did paint correction, full wrap & ceramic coating on top of the wrap. Also bought a set of gorgeous HRE wheels from them. Then there is the business of their products. I had already been using several of their items but purchased a whole trunk load from them this time around. These products work amazingly and are the only stuff fit for the high end client cars of Esoteric. Their customer facing service is also top notch. You can just tell everyone in this company has high end car detailing as their passion. Do I recommend them? I must, they have a 2nd car of mine in there now, and most likely will do a 3rd one later this fall.Services: Full body wash

My 2019 GTC4Lusso's ceramic coating was over 3 years old, needing a new coating. They did their usual AMAZING job detailing the paint and everything else exterior and interior so the car again looked far better than new. Esoteric is heads and shoulders above the rest in the automotive detailing world. If you live out of state, they are certainly worth the drive. I had been looking for someone to correct the paint on my classic car. I called them up and explained what I was looking to have done. They asked that I bring it in and have a look over to see exactly what was needed. Upon arriving, I was introduced to Todd and his team who made me feel welcome. Obviously these guys are passionate about cars, and they were excited to help me out. Todd looked my car over, and explained what he could and could not do. Never once did he oversell or make unrealistic promises. He then gave me a tour of the shop and an overview of the things they did! I dropped my car off on the agreed upon date, they would need 2 full days. I went in to pick it up and was amazed at the work they did! They even took photos of each step of the process! Highly recommended experts for all you automotive detailing needs!

Excellent experience with them from start to finish. I have had a few cars ceramic coated by local places in Dayton, but none have been near the quality of Esoteric. Esoteric is lightyears above the competition. Wow! Great customer service, amazing communication, and amazing work. I will be driving from Dayton to Columbus for all of my future vehicles. Thank you for the amazing job!!!
