The place is clean and they took me in even though I didn’t have an appointment, so I’m grateful for that. However the service was not good and I’m honestly concerned about one of my toenails. The lady that did my pedicure did a poor job with the nail cutting and polish, I believe she made a mistake with one of my big toe nails and over cut the inner part to the point it you see flesh now and it hurt when she did it, she tried to cover it by saying it was an ingrown nail, which I don’t believe because I have never, EVER, had an ingrown nail, I take extremely good care of my feet and nails, it has been hurting since she did it and the way it looks I am scared it might grow back really weird and bad (I might get an ingrown nail due to this now), for the nail polish I went for a light pearl white polish, that without the proper application and enough coats (at least 3) it will look pretty bad, and mine is the living proof of that, I asked for a third coat when I realized how awful it looked and she got frustrated because she already had applied the top coat (Imho she should have known that job wasn’t ready for the top coat or at least could have asked if I was satisfied with the results), she applied the third coat OVER the top coat which resulted on a even poorly nail polish look. I’m disappointed because I’m new to New Albany and this place is close to my home and I really wanted it to work because of how convenient it was. Sadly I won’t be coming back, and I will not be recommending this place.

I used to love coming here, but now I dread it. There is a new person working there who simply needs more practice. He has done my nails twice, and each time the gel has chipped after 4-5 days. The most recent time the drill cut my fingers 4 times, and one of my nails has a sharp edge that is digging into my finger, creating a cut.

I've gone back to this place when I've been in a pinch for time and/or other places have been booked, and while I still do wish there was more time and attention spent, the finished product for my pedicure 2 weeks later does look the best it's been compared to other places. The area around my big toe was nicked a bit too much though. I'll likely go back and try to splurge on an upgrade and/or not have too high expectations and tell them not to pick at that skin.

I am in this plaza multiple times a week and have never realized this wonderful gem was here! After dropping packages off next door at UPS, I decided to stop in for a service and am so glad I did! Not only were they able to get me right in but my experience was phenomenal from start to finish! They are clean, very thorough, and friendly. I will definitely be visiting Lisa for another Otica Sugar Scrub pedicure again soon!

My nails have never looked better. The attention to detail and precision that the technicians at En Vougue Nails have is truly remarkable. They take their time to ensure that each nail is perfectly shaped and polished, resulting in a flawless finish every time.
Not only is the service top-notch, but the salon itself is also beautiful. The decor is modern and chic, creating a relaxing and luxurious environment. It's the perfect place to unwind and pamper yourself.

En Vogue is truly one of a kind! Every aspect of my experience is always exceptional. I’ve been going here for years now and love the service I receive!! I get gel tips and every time I go they're always done exactly how I want, and it’s quick and easy. Staff is so friendly and always greet me when I come in. Definitely recommend!!
