“I went on for a screen repair for my Iphone 14 pro. Staff was welcoming and service was prompt. Unfortunately though, after my screen was replaced, my phone began glitching and “frying” periodically like an old TV (phone still operational). I went in the next day to inform staff and he immediately apologized and attempted to remedy to issue without hesitation. He replaced the screen again. However, it was discovered this was occurring because the screen replacements weren’t the latest version and weren’t compatible with my phone. My old screen was reinstalled and refund issue. Would have given 5 stars if this issue hadn’t occurred as staff was great.”

“Absolutely love, love, love shopping Target via online Will Call. The front desk is right there as you walk in!
There is another store in the same vicinity that requires the customer to walk all the way to the back of the store for PickUp items. I do my best effort NOT to shop there.
As a senior citizen with ambulatory issues--walking to the back of the store isn't very comfortable. Whenever I can avoid shopping "there" it is what I do. Target is spot on with floor design and customer service.”
“I just got a new phone this month at another location. I went back to that location with an issue but they could not fix it. I stopped into this location today and Yanni had me all fixed up in just a couple of minutes. She was both knowledgeable and friendly. Not something you always find. I left very happy. “My husband and I came in to get phone upgrades and the associates were very nice and helpful! Every customer was greeted when they walked in, and helped in a timely manner. Dotty was the one who helped us pick out and get our phones set up, she was wonderful. She even helped us put on the liquid screen protector! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. ?”

Called him on Wednesday and he had everything up/running & Finished. He was very professional, courteous and easy to deal with. Will be coming back to do future business. 5Stars!!!”
