I had an amazing experience picking up my wife’s medication today. Although it had been put back because we waited too long to pick it up, a kind woman—Leanna, I believe (mid-50s)—told me if I waited 15 minutes, she could have it ready. She got it done in less than that, and she was an absolute blessing to speak with. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out.
To be honest, I had stopped coming to this pharmacy for a while due to a past experience with one of the pharmacists—the bald gentleman. He showed no empathy or understanding when I had questions about a medication, and it was one of the worst interactions I’ve ever had with a healthcare professional.
Thanks to Leanna, though, this visit was a reminder that there are still compassionate people in this field. I truly appreciate her help today.

The staff are warm and welcoming. The pharmacist and staff greet me by my first name giving a personal feel to the experience. Truly a great team of professionals.

rude. they closed in 30 mins why are they acting anal about us getting out of the story whispering “it’s time to leave” as we’re waiting for our things to get printed is bad customer service.

Went in to buy insulin needles to drain my cauliflower ear and the lady went to the back and started whispering about me to the bald headed manager. The lady then lied and said they updated their policy and couldn’t sell to me just after buying some 2 weeks previously.

Just sat in line right behind the person at the window for 10 min and the pharmacist finished with them and I pulled up to a closed curtain because they close from 1:30-2 for lunch even though I had been there prior to them closing and no one was behind me. Thank you for nothing

Second visit here. Kid that works in front is never anywhere to be found. Had to knock on the managers office door to find an associate. Someone came down, and found the front desk associate in one of the aisles, with headphones in, and had to ask him to assist a line of us waiting.
Front entrance doorway has not been vacuumed or tended to. From leaves, to plastic bags, trash, and neglect.
Pharmacy was attentive and helpful!
For New Albany, this is sad.

The New Albany CVS offers an excellent experience including a 5 Star staff both in the pharmacy and the store. I am a long and loyal customer and am treated like a friend as well as a valued customer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This pharmacy is always super busy but they treat their customers with kindness. They made a mistake in filling my prescription and when I went back to the store, Pharmacist Kevin was quick to help me and corrected the situation.
