Update- Im running back to Sam's Club. Placed a delivery order and only 4 items were correct. I received the majority of someone elses order. Spoke to the store and they blamed Doordash. Doordash driver explained the store packed the order and placed it out for the driver. Ultimately, Bj's should have apologized for the mishap because they made the decision to trust Doordash with their customers orders. Worse customer service than Sam' s Club.
Also, Im not sure why it takes over 10 business days to process a membership cancelation?

I bought $600. Worth of goods. They had one cashier. I waited in line for a long time. Don’t buy frozen or cold items if you are using a cashier. They want you to check yourself out so don’t buy a lot of items. The cashier double charged me for several items. I had to go back and then waited forever at customer service. They had 4 people working in the entire store. That is truly all we saw. We will be going to Sam’s club or costco from now on. We drove 50 minutes to get to BJ’s but never again. Rediculous!!!

I love BJ's. And to my surprise a lot of products are less expensive here than at other retailers. So glad we bought the membership.

While Costco has some products that are superior, mostly house brand items, the BJ experience cannot be beat. Costco is always stressful and employees seem annoyed. BJ's is always pleasant and the employees are always friendly.

Can NEVER GET AHOLD OF ANYONE IN BAKERY. The phone just ring ring rings, also I placed a cake order online and they claim they did not receive it. Good thing I took the drive there to place it in person because I wouldn’t have had a cake for my twins 11th birthday! Also you should be able to add decorations or designs to the cakes online because you can’t get ahold of nobody ! Once again I placed an order online yesterday tried to call and get the stuff added to cake I wouldn’t like and AGAIN no answer so I will have to drive there to make sure they have the order for one and if not place it and get it the way I want it! Terrible customer service !

This membership store is so nice. It is small compared to Costco, but it has some nice differences. They have a deli section and 3 different sizes of rotisserie chicken. They also have in store coupons you can use as well.as accepting manufacturers. The self checkout is much easier and had a scanner that makes checkout quick. You only need to show your membership card at the time of checkout. Their Berkley brand are good. I also like their produce section. You don't have to buy a huge bulk. Their gas is usually much cheaper than anywhere around. There are 2 ways to get into, but only one way to get out. There is plenty of parking and handicapped spaces.

BJ's sold me. I have been a Sam's Club member for 23 years and have canceled that membership and now I am a full-fledged Fan of BJ's. Sams Club membership keeps going up and paying extra to get in early does not pay off because it seems like Sam Club are just as busy. They do not have cash registers like BJ's only credit card and I am not a fan of that credit card debt. Thank you, BJ's, for the savings and products we use every day. We are def loving BJ's.

Chickens are undercooked got accused of stealing when all they had to do was look at the register my sisters wheel chair she was using from bjs quit working and the men stood around helpless I had to push it it was the second one that had stopped within a half hour the chicken was open and getting Grease on me and the floor.And wanted to buy one big bag of chips and was told I couldn't.Not going back and am cancelling my membership and my credit card

Manager is incompetent & doesn't know BJs policy. Putting a $5 deposit for a water jug means you can ask for $5 in cash back. They seem to think the water jug voucher is only good on a water jug. We wil never shop here again and have told everyone BJs in new Albany is not worth a membership. Go to Costco or Sams

Do not do business with this establishment they take part in food stamp fraud. They just allowed a member to steal ALL of a single disabled mother to two children, one special needs from Albany Indiana. They hang up on her when she tries to get help. BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS...THEY ARE IMMORAL

Their return process is super bad and slow.
They have always long line.
The customer service agents or ambassadors are very rude.
Also the return system is long.
