Don't work here unless you enjoy being suddenly scheduled for mandatory 10-hour work days M-F (and Saturdays) with about 3 days notice, lasting 1-3 months. This would also be a good place to work if you enjoy frequent language barriers, as half the workers speak one language and the other half speaks another, with very few individuals fluent in both.
