The older gentleman was helpful in a way. The other guy who answers the phone? If you deal in Auto Parts and that is your job, I hope that you routinely gather enough information on a person's vehicle when they call, instead of absent-mindedly answering and having that person waste over an hour drive because you were wrong and couldn't be bothered to take 2 minutes to be thorough.

The owner was friendly, only reason I've given 3 stars is because we went to get a vehicle they had towed to there lot and someone dropped a totaled vehicle right behind ours blocking it in so it took way longer. Maybe put totaled cars on one side and vehicles that will be picked up/drivable on the other side!
