packages are always days behind. Pay for 2 day shipping but the post office holds onto it for a few extra making the upcharge worthless. packages are never delivered on Saturdays despite them being marked as delivered.

3 packages in the past month were ordered by me. Two were "delivered" but never showed, one required a signature and no attempt was made to deliver the package. This is not acceptable.

The most RUDE ass people work there!!! I tried to ask a simple question before I was finished he talked over me rudely, but he wasn't the only one the other guy that was in there, I'm guessing the manager, didnt help he just yelled at me too. Very unprofessional!!! I'm moving my mail box to Buchtel now cause I'm not dealing with those ass holes again, they shouldn't even be working there if they can't act like decent human beings.

One of the perks of living in town is having your mail delivered to your home but not in this area. My neighbors & I have our mail delivered to our mailboxes at the end of our shared driveway. You can't even see the mailboxes from our homes.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. They might be a little slow sometimes, but that's because they're helping slow customers who didn't think about things before they came in.

The slowest service I've ever seen at a post office. The workers have no care about customers' time constraints and take PAINFULLY long just to do simple tasks. The workers are typically more interested in chit-chat in the back than dealing with customers as well. VERY poor service.
