My downstairs neighbor chain smokes and my apartment gets a cloud if smoke in it. The resident manager and the owners refuse to even acknowledge the problem.

It isn't the apartments exactly! It's the people you choose or who you choose to give you that "at home feeling!" I'd certainly love to be excepted in these apartments.

Alot nicer thann they used to be. Most of the tenants are strung out, and theft is a problem. Management wont do anything to address the issues that will make the apartments a better , more desirable living situation for someone with small children.Needs updated wirh management who will correctly run the place since 50 or so Families live there. Get it together pine grove or tear it down

I recommend you not to rent from them they tell you it’s a low income base apartments but they don’t tell you it’s only for rental assistance only for low income they over charge you for rent they evicted you for trying to pay something the landlord will come to your house without a 24hr notice she doesn’t do her job right at all she will let people live here over 30 days of not paying when it saying in the lease that if you don’t pay for 30 days you get evicted but she will let you live here over that! I wouldn’t live here or rent from here my personal opinion! Thank you
