My downstairs neighbor chain smokes and my apartment gets a cloud if smoke in it. The resident manager and the owners refuse to even acknowledge the problem.

It isn't the apartments exactly! It's the people you choose or who you choose to give you that "at home feeling!" I'd certainly love to be excepted in these apartments.

Apartments are Well taken care of. Neighborhood is quiet and tenants are friendly.
