Had a progressive claim to repair my vehicle after a animal ran in front of me and was told Progressive recommended them highly. In January on the 18th. They apparently did a poor job because the tubes connecting to the radiator popped off and ended up stranded later that same week. Got progressive to fix their mistake and thought everything was sorted.Now in July of the same year and during my inspection with my car dealership during an oil change, I discover that they stripped the radiator connection. They had the tubing that connects the transmission Jerry rigged to connect to it. So I am again subjected to their incompetence to fix and issue they failed to do twice already. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Do not bother taking your vehicle here if you want it repaired

In business since 1974, owner is honest, caring, and give back to community. I've seen him lose money with own eyes to keep costumer happy, even tho insurance was liable. Owner Tim Kelly is a fair person and most of the town agrees.
