Just have to share about a great experience with Blackburn. I bought a washer/dryer from them four years ago. I wanted the pedestals for storage, but they didn't fit into the laundry space. Now, I am moving to a new house. So I called Blackburn to find out if they could move the washer/dryer to the new place for me. And they still have the pedestals I couldn't use before! Today, two men from Blackburn arrived at my home, unhooked and removed the W/D, moved them to the new house, added the pedestals, and hooked everything up again! Wonderful customer service! Everyone was very helpful, and the guys who showed up to do the work were efficient and polite. Thanks Blackburn!

We recently purchased a new wall oven-convection microwave combo and separate cooktop. Blackburn made the purchase process easy (conducted entirely by phone and email due to pandemic). But the the best part of all was the neat, careful-attention-to-detail installation with both gentlemen showing polite and pleasant professionalism with a can-do attitude. The best installation experience for an appliance we've ever had.

When I was shopping for a washer and dryer Debra was very knowledgeable about the products that I was interested in and what would fit my needs. I left there smiling and the next day I had a brand new Washer and Dryer delivered to my home. Good Bye Laundry Mat!!!
