I never leave reviews but I just left the Negley location and felt it was my civic duty to say I hope you never have to go inside and pay for gas. Go somewhere else! The employees are ignorant, have no sense of urgency, and will straight up just ignore you & take care of customers who came in after you did. It's a shithole too

Parking is a nightmare. If you pull in (like I assume most people do), you have to back directly onto the road to get out of the place. While doing so, you can't see if there are cars coming because of the cars parked next to you. After we parked, we decided that the place was probably safe to get gas (it was actually pretty busy for a little mom and pop place). While there, we saw someone else stuck in the same predicament as we were, trying to back out blindly onto the street. We will probably stop here again next time we go to PA, but we will avoid parking in their parking lot.

Was driving around and decided to stop for gas. We got a chicken strip sandwich as well. I was so surprised how good it was from a gas station. For sure recommend. Make sure to clarify what you want on it though because it does automatically come with onions, tomato, lettuce, pickle and both mayo and Italian dressing. The cashier was great she was really chill and fun to chat with. Overall a good visit.

The hours on Google said that they close at 10 pm we got there at 9:17 and the gates were closed.

The employees in the Negley store close down everything food, lottery, etc, including locking the doors before the times listed on the flyer inside the store. Most stores would give or take 1 measly minute to order food, buy a lottery ticket or even let a local customer in to get what they was rushing to get there to get, instead of getting the door locked on them at the exact closing time. Which they still haven't corrected any of the open and closing times listed on every site you Google. So so many people drive their between 9-10pm thinking they're open to find out they've wasted their time and in some cases the little bit of gas they had to make it there. I've witnessed this so many times, so they should change the times listed everywhere online or better yet how about go back to closing at 10pm!? Figuring most of the world is back to their original ways.

Tried ordering food and both women at counter were extremely rude to us. We left without ordering. The only reason I gave a 1 star rating is because zero wasn’t an option. Food may be great but couldn’t get bad taste out of my mouth to order. Get rid of the women behind the counter and you may have a great business!

Employees are very friendly always.Gorbys is the best place ever. I love the people that work there.Very down to earth people and hard work pays off.These employees deserve a giant raise.They are always their I tease them.Down to earth also not snobby. I really can't stand it when someone thinks there better than someone else.If you think someone is beneath you..Its probably you with the issue. Thanks Deb Gray
