I would give 0 stars if possible. Horrendous communication. Unfulfilled promises. Missing parts. Wheeler still came back not running right.
July 2nd - Initial call. Explained what was going on with my wheeler. Thoroughly explained we were going on vacation and leaving by July 13th. Knew it was short notice, but explained we needed it back by the latest of that date, preferably the 12th, as we wanted to take it with us.
Was assured that it would be done by then. Was reassured it would be good to go.
July 3rd - I called in, and was told / verified to be a blown head gasket, and would have it by our needed timeframe.
July 10th - I Called, this time spoke with the lady. I asked how it was coming along. She said, still looking good, and doing their “best” to have it to me by the 12th.
July 12th - I Called, was told it was not going to be ready, didn’t know what to tell me, and to call in a week or so. (First promise of having it done broken). Upsetting, 100%, but it was torn apart, we were leaving the following morning, and nothing could be done at this point as it was too late to do otherwise.
July 30th - We were still on vacation, I called back again, as we still had no word or communication on their end. I called and was told it would be ready at the latest in another one to two weeks.
August 12th - I called, was told it was still not ready, and would be ready by that upcoming Thursday, or Friday at the latest.
August 16th - I show up, purposely didn’t call prior. Walked in the lady said hello, how are you (very polite, and also we have never met face to face). I said, “I am here to pick up my wheeler”. She then said surprised, “What wheeler?”. I said, “I spoke with you on the phone and you said come by this Thursday or Friday to pick up the wheeler, and it would be ready.” She then acted astonished, saying she never told me that, and I must have spoke with the owner or someone else.
(Lied again). I then said, where is my wheeler. I went and looked at it, and NOT A SINGLE THING WAS DONE. The top end was off, that was it. I was then reassured, that later that evening, or early next morning that it would be completed.
August 17th - Got a call first thing in the morning from the mechanic, stating “Bad news, we ordered the wrong top end, I apologize but the part won’t be in for another four days or so, so hopefully the following week it will be complete.
August 20th - Got a call from the mechanic saying the wheeler was complete, took it on a test drive, rides great ready to be picked up.
I then said, I am at work, do not have my trailer, and I am working the rest of the week, 6a-6p, and my next day off would be that upcoming Friday (8/23). I then said, if you could drop it off, that would be great in the meantime, if not will have to wait, as I will not be home to give the payment upon receiving the wheeler back.
August 22nd - Got a call from the lady asking for my address, as they were ready to come deliver my wheeler back. I told her I was at work until 6pm and it would have to wait until then. She then responded with a “huff” frustrated, saying, “So you don’t have the money?” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? No lady, I’m physically working, don’t come home until 6pm, and over a month and a half later you are “inconvenienced” that I’m not home at 10am on a Thursday to drop off my wheeler and receive payment?
August 23rd - My wife and I left our house, stopped at their shop to go pick up the wheeler. Head gasket was repaired. Great. Have them the $500 for repair. (Which was an extremely reasonable price) - considering.
Went to start the wheeler, runs WORSE than when I had it picked up. Sure the head gasket was replaced, but doesn’t ride worth a darn. There was oil leaking out of a banjo bolt from the top end, AND it was missing the coolant overflow cap. They asked my wife if they wanted us to order

These people are a joke, trying to sell me and convince me that UTV was a good running machine. Besides some new Chinese kids ATV everything else is a total trash. I drove almost 2 hrs and couldn't believe that they call themselves a shop.

If I could rate it no stars I would !!! This place is utter joke please do not take anything to them! First of all they were supposed to have my quad done in a week it took a month and a half! They stole my brand new battery and told me it was dead when I took it out to return it it was a different battery that cost me $100 plus I had to go buy a new battery that cost $110 they didn’t fix everything they were supposed to say were ignorant the owner was never around to be found the mechanic and mysteriously left for a week and a half the whole thing was just a horrible experience, they didn’t fix my back brakes that was on the repair list along with a couple other things. Absolutely the worst garage for ATVs I’ve ever experienced I was told to call the police to report about my battery when I asked about it they said they have cameras and it couldn’t have been taken but it absolutely positively was. The repairs were horribly done and the automatic start already stopped working and it hasn’t been 30 days now I have to take it somewhere else do not take ANYTHING here for work !!!!

Steve and the guys he has working for him now we're extremely helpful with trying to find the right fit bike for my son. Unfortunately the bike we hoped would be a good size/fit didn't end up working out. Not bc it had anything wrong, my son just wasn't as experienced as to ride a bigger bike that he wasn't that familiar with. Steve didn't give me any issues with giving me the money back. And his employee brought the bike to us and picked it up when we decided it wasn't gonna work. Nobody's perfect and people make mistakes and stuff comes up that pushes us behind on tasks. And I don't feel it's fair for people to give STEVE'S shop a bad rating bc of his employee's wrong doings. That's where a 3* comes in not 1*.

I am not sure as to whether or not my friend got his motorcycle back from them but looking at the picture that they used it is not the place where we dropped off the bike I am confused as to why they would use his picture if it is not the place of business where they repair the motorcycles in Negley Ohio this is why I'm giving it a low rating not because of any service that they have yet to perform or anything that they have done I just think that when you open a business and you post a picture of your business it should match the business and the picture so this is just my opinion my friend will tell me later whether he got his bike back from them repaired I hope he does

This place is a complete rip-off. First no receipt for the work or parts. Then his place burns down, and refuses to turn into his insurance customers Vehicles and toys that burnt up, and the owner has the nads to offer junk prices for the burnt up stuff cause he’s not turning it in on his insurance and wants to argue and fb worrier bash and block when the truth comes out. One of the items he fixed fell completely apart, and almost killed the rider, but according to the owner it was all fixed right? I think not.

Steve was quick to pick up my motorcycle when I needed someone. That's about where the good ended and things got very frustrating to say the least. I have an 07 vtx 1300. I simply had electrical issues. I installed 4 6x9's and 2 amps. First time doing something like this, didn't know about the differences between a system in a car vs. A motorcycle. After 22 days and multiple phone calls, I was informed my bike was ready. $700. I showed up and paid. I was never given a receipt for this transaction, (still to this day don't have one and have requested one in person the last time we spoke.) After picking up my bike, literally halfway home from the shop, my bike dies on me and I notice its leaking gas behind my air box. I get it home and do a more thorough inspection and notice that several things that my $700 paid for were not done-i was upset, but stayed cordial. It was a Saturday, Steve tells me his mechanic will come pick it back up that Monday and he apologizes for the wrong doing. Monday comes and they get my bike. The mechanic himself showed up with his wife and 3 kids to get my bike, lol. Whatever. He felt bad about the situation and apologized himself and blamed it on a bad memory. We're all human and they're trying to make it right, so I'm upset, but pleased that they're showing interest in making it right. The mechanic actually told me that if I wanted him to put my speakers and amp in the bike forme, he would. I thought that was cool, so..he leaves and says I'll have your bike in a couple of days. As I know this bike very well, there was only a few hours of work that needed done. I waited 2 or 3 days then called to see what's going on with it and he tells me he got caught up with some other stuff or something, but need getting ready to get back into it right now. Tells me it should be tomorrow or the next day. Couple of more days go by, I CALL THEM AGAIN once again, I'm told it'll be just a few days longer..at this point, I call the owner Steve and ask what's going on with my bike? I tell him I'm not trying to be impatient, but my bikes already paid for and you've had it over 30 days-WTH MAN? He actually had the nerve to tell me that I was more than welcome to come down there and work on my own bike! We canhave it done in a day. WTH!? Seriously!? Ok..i showed up the next day at 9a.m. like we had discussed to day before, so I could work on my own bike after paying $700 and getting a bike that LITERALLY barely made it home! Nice racket you got there, but ok..my wife and I showed up and I didn't work on anything, but amazingly me and my wife being there babysitting for 3.5 hours and my bike was running again! What wasn't done: the wires under my rear fender were/are still a hanging mess, the tire tore them apart on this ride home, so I get to take care of that. My blinkers front and back, license plate and brake light, ALL NOT FIXED! My rectifier, (which is used on multiple models) came with a mounting bracket, it's actually DEADLY dangerous to use it on my bike, if it comes loose, it will be on a pivot point and shred my rear tire and likely lock it up. THAT WASN'T FIXED! And them there's my stereo system they messed up that the mechanic was supposed to help me out with because he felt bad for what he didn't do. Uhmm... Yeah..4 6x9 cerwin Vegas xed's covered in dust! My amp, soundstream stealth st4. 1000 db covered in dust! It's a motorcycle shop, I wasn't happy about it, but I figured it's a shop, there's bound to be dust around, whatever. Once home, I installed the amp and speakers myself and my amps in protection mode. And all of that dust I noticed earlier, dried dust spots from water droplets. I think the speakers might be fine, but I think I might have to get a new amp now. I don't know why they held my bike hostage for over a month and then amazingly with my presence there, 3 1/2 hours was all it took? Seriously, my wife had to work the previous night and the fallowing da

Steve is a great salesman and person in general. I witnessed Steve (the owner) help someone down on their luck in a major way. He is the type of person I want to do business with. You can count on someone like Steve to be honest. To stand behind their sales and work.
