Constantly hold meetings with employees to tell them how bad they're doing at their jobs, and how far behind they are, then finish up the meeting by sending half the staff home for the day because they ran out of orders by 8am.

Delivery... easy place to find. Check in at guard shack. Guard was really nice and professional. Go check in at recieving. Very nice people. Get in the dock. In and out in less than a hour. Read the signs and you won't have any problems. Easy money. I wish all Distribution Centers were this organized.

The guy at the guard shack was super nice but the lady in the office by the fence of the back side of the building was super rude to me because i thought that was the shipping and receiving office. She was very snappy and condescending

Drivers make sure you take a picture when you're back up to a loading dock. In case they say they're not gonna unload you because your load has shiftedWhen I backed up everything was fineAs you see on the picture One pallet was messed up that's because they start unloading and then they put it back and put the strap to make it look like that's how it was.They did trying to reach out whoever was in charge on their side but they didn't get any response so at the end they did unload meI think they were trying to get more labor $If I ever come back I'll take a picture then and there before they start anything

I worked here from the beginning, and after a few months, nothing was like what they all said it would be...It is just another corporate greed company. The only reason they get two stars instead of one is the fact that what I got out of there is a few new really good friends. If you're desperate, don't have any kind of life skills, or have a pretty face to get a keyboard job... by all means go there, but beware... don't let them fool you into thinking that you have a certain title, one manager secretly told me in a fine line on the application paperwork it is all " material handling" nothing else...There are no photos as they want everything to be shh, shh...

Extremely unprofessional. Smile to your face only to stab you in the back. I saw a guy say he was sick to his supervisor all day only for the supervisor to just ignored it. later the guy got sick and Was reprimanded for coming to work sick. I even heard the man say I told you. I was sick all day only for the supervisor to say no, you never told me anything.Steer clear I Promise you it's really not worth it.

This is the best Tractor Supply Co Distribution of any DC in Ohio or PA. App for 11am arrived at 1045 and done by 1120am. Good ppl @ security gate and receiving.
