“Today at the massillon giant eagle store, I saw the greatest act of kindness I have seen in a long time. There was an elderly woman who was having trouble with her husband. The older gentleman looked stuck, and was unaware of his surroundings. One of the cashiers took control after she noticed his wife’s dilemma and helped him drive the stores motorized cart back to their car while his wife walk beside them. The cashier helped get him get into the car. This took quite a bit of time. The cashier was kind and patient. Wow! This whole experience brought tears to my eyes and faith in the kindness of people.”

Pharmacists even come out of the back and talk to you about your medication… there’s never lines and when there is, they do a great job getting thru it fast… they answer the phone when you call.. and never have attitudes with customers I’m so glad I changed pharmacies… ? it’s such a better experience all around than having to deal with CVS and their shenanigans!”

“I had a FedEx package to drop off and the information on Google says this location is open until midnight, which I found out was incorrect. The package absolutely had to be logged in that night and I would have been too late had I not noticed the website listed 10pm. Luckily I to got there 5 minutes before closing.”

“From My Experiences...This Place Sure Has Been Much, Much Calmer And Friendlier Than Wal-Mart!The Staff Have Helped Me Out Every Time I've Asked. The Few That Have Seemed Grouchy Weren't Too Bad, But Dealing With Certain Customers, I Completely Understand. ?The Store Always Seems To Be Clean And Kept Up With Well.The Customers Are Usually Very Nice.They Have Sold Cakes, Doughnuts, Cookies, Ave Other Things That Are Made In The Store's Bakery.They've Also Sold Alcohol And Cigarettes In The Store.Plus, I've Never Had To Deal With Screaming, Crying Children In This Store.Just A Heads-Up, This Store Does Accept EBT Food Cards.”
“My husband was able to get all of his prescriptions filled...all 11 of them(including 2 types of insulin) for $5.00. I couldn't believe it, and I fought to keep back the tears because my mind had been churning trying to figure out how we were going to be able to get his prescriptions filled and the day before I had felt a weight on my shoulders. I got on my knees and prayed, asking God to forgive me for worrying and not trusting Him. I then gave my cares to God and asked Him to please provide all my husband's medical needs, and told Him that I trusted Him. The next day I called Lifecare and they made us an appointment to see Dr. Cola who kindly assured my husband that he would be taken care of there. To keep it short, the next day we had an appointment with Beacon pharmacy, and when we left we had all of my husband's meds refilled and with us.All of them given to us for $5.00. God used and is still using these kind people to provide for all of my husband's medical needs...God is so, so good! So extremely faithful!! And what a blessing all of these kind people are. Not degrading or condescending in any kind of way. I hope they realize what a blessing they are to so many people! And I pray God's abundant blessings over them!”

“I can't thank medicap enough for helping me today in going above and beyond to get a prescription filled for my mom who has dementia and so needed..she had been in a nursing facility who filled it on the same day we brought her home and they didn't turn it back in so she could get credit for it and her insurance didn't want to fill it again and we were totally out .they called her insurance for her and was able to get it filled..we are so very grateful to them, and mom will get a good night rest tonight..THANK You Medicap ”

“Whatever is not on sale a Jewels check Meijer. Plus their adds come out on different days. I think Jewel is more pricey overall. Meijer is nice but BIG! Have a game-plan before shopping. Lol”
“I seriously LOVE this pharmacy & these people. My husband & I don’t have insurance so we used to have our prescriptions sent to wherever is cheaper through the good Rx discount app. ( Walmart/ CVS/Giant Eagle) it’s usually always most expensive at Walgreens but we almost always just pay the extra money and use this pharmacy because the staff is amazing & we would much rather pay more money & have great service. They always get our refills on time/ call for reminders/ call to see how we are doing on any new medication & are super helpful and friendly every-time we call or go in. They make it very easy for the customer. Everyone is awesome.. but the male pharmacist is always especially super helpful and courteous! If your looking for a fast/ easy/ customer service friendly pharmacy I would for sure recommend Walgreens on wales road!”

“Was here a week ago. I was very aggravated. Gave the cashier my cash only to be redirected to the slot in front of the register but below the belt to put my money in?. The CASHier can't take money? I have to feed it into a hole? It most definitely is NOT a time saving thing. I'm ready to turn in my Giant Eagle card and head to Acme. I'm already doing most of my shopping at Walmart lately. It's just gotten to be too expensive to shop here.”

“Marc's is a NE Ohio fixture. They generally have a good selection of items. Their seasonal clearance section is always fun to peruse--you never know what you'll find in there! Their pricing is competitive. The only downside is that they don't really have a proprietary, off-brand line of groceries, so you pretty much have to buy major brands. Overall, we love having a Marc's right down the road!”

“I usually can find what I need and my prescription medicine is always ready on time the pharmacist and the pharmacist tech they know who you are and they greet you by your name without asking you who are you or what's your name they're very friendly and very knowledgeable about the medications you're getting and the ones that you're taking together just to give you some type of warning the staff was very helpful very friendly when you come into the store I love that place. Debbie, pharmacy tech and Lisa the pharmacist. They do put quite a few things on sale on clearance and the prices are really low it is worth it buying it at that price even if you don't need it right away”
