I was referred to Hearns by another shop I frequent due to the performance of my older and high mileage car throwing some engine codes they could not address. They told me Hearns was a family owned and operated outfit, and local. I went there terrified of the diagnosis. I was expecting them to tell me that I needed to scrap the car. Nope! Turns out that Conrad's in Jackson Township put the wrong spark plugs in when they serviced the car, and it in turn killed one of the ignition coils. Hearns was able to replace the ignition coil, change the plugs and put in the correct plugs for my car make. Not only did it save rhe car, but the cost was much less than I was expecting and the car runs better than it has in years! They were not throwing other add-ons at me, nothing they said made me feel dumb, they were just awesome and they have won me over to say the least!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

With the issues we have been having, everyone that works here that I've dealt with so far has been so understanding, up front and honest. I don't think I'll take my vehicles any place else if I have any issues. On top of everything they are reasonably priced and we get updates frequently and they don't do anything without our permission. Great place and great people.

My husband and I stopped in because our car was making a very odd noise. We were worried that it was something serious wrong. We did not have any apartment!! They were so Nice to us they took the time to check out the car and make sure that it was safe for us to drive. We are both so thankful. We have an appointment next week just to have it get a over all check. Thanks ?
