Shipping guy is cool dude, very fast. Came in to the shipping office and talked to him. He said park aby door u want. I parked, while I was eating in my truck (10-13 minutes) , he loaded my trailer already. Pulled up and left. It was one of my fastest load ever. Thank you shipping guy

Ultra great shipper. Took way ahead of time and loaded in line 15 min.... Was literally in and out before 30 min break was up.Can park where the day cabs sit to the immediate left it need time

I have been delivering and picking up from here for several times. Overall all recommendations for shipping department here, in and out in 30 minutes. Delivering here is a pure nightmare. No matter of brokerage, TQL, CH or Propak, if you arrive after 2 3 pm they might leave you for next day due to heavy volume of trucks coming in. I dont know who's fault that is, but I lost a day each on last two of my deliveries here. Staff is very polite and professional, but they are not magicians. Something needs to be changed on receiving side.If you are taking load for Propak Brokerage and it happens that you need to stay extra day, do not send them BOL until they send you revised rate confirmation. Also, they sell this load as clean palletized packaging goods, so make sure to add washout receipt to a layover request. If you send them scale receipt or BOL, forget about getting those hard earned extra dollars.

Tankers air-off running +40’ hose rear discharge up grade thru a little window 6’ above ground level into a 90 deg bend 2” fitting. Took +3hours AFTER pulling & connecting hoses & reducer fitting. Long distance in 2” lines to receiving tank, product runs slow. Little worm “operator” refused to sign delay. I’ve seen worse but dang.

I got here late and they stayed open to load me these guys are wonderful they have a great attitude I love coming here I even used to come here for another company and they have always been polite, they always get you in and get you out quickly great place.
