“It's crazy how much Dollar Tree has stepped up their game. The selection is amazing and they aren't just an off brand store. They have the cans of air fresheners that go into the dispensers that automatically dispense at specific intervals. The other dollar stores charge at least $5 a can compared to $1.25 at the Tree! The jars of chopped garlic that I've seen at Walmart for almost $4 can also be found for $1.25. I just replaced my stained up baking pans for surprisingly nice quality $1.25 replacement pans. A trip to Dollar Tree is like going into a time warp. I think it's been about 15 minutes and it's actually been well over an hour!”
“Chris who was cashiering today went truly above and beyond by helping me with balloons for my husband who is currently in the hospital recovering from a stroke and heart attack. She went as far as just curling the ends of the ribbon to make it look good. Coming from gas station manager, and knowing first hand what it’s like to have employees not do more than they need, this was more than I could ask for! Truly appreciated more than you can imagine. Thank you Chris, you truly made my day a little better with your empathy!”
“Went for a cheap shopping trip with a friend since they have tons of choices for cute and gimmicky had a fun time but it got weird at the end when all the lanes were self checkout but the staff ran over as soon as we got there and takes our items and checks us out in the self check out lane, last visit it wasnt like this and when I asked she said it's always been this way but there's no signs posted so it just made for an awkward end of shopping trip”
“Good food choices and great prices. They have improved the appearance and organization of the store. We are on our way there right now. We have very little money and need literally everything. So we will be be getting our money's worth at Sav-A-Lot. Love it there.”

“They offer a wide variety of products, including frozen food, housewares, groceries, cleaning products, craft supplies, hardware, health care items, cleaning supplies, pet food and toys.They have public restrooms and greeting cards and party supplies, and balloons.While inflation makes some items a $1.25, their prices are still lower than regular chains. They offer both name brand and lesser known brands.”
“I love this place! Its like a Homegoods but cheaper. They do have a random products area that seem like you might find hard to find items but at an unknown condition. People are friendly almost all the time and it has a huge parking lot.”

“This Dollar General location was huge on the inside. Most DG's I've been in they pack it with so much stuff you can barely walk down an aisle let alone with another person opposite you. They had what I needed. If it wasn't so far I'd make this a normal DG I'd visit.”

“I come to Marc's often for groceries and their aisle of goodies. You never know what you're going to find! Groceries are fairly priced, often times offering great deals. Variety is decent. And in spring they have a wonderful plant sidewalk sale that I visit a few times each season. They always have beautiful hanging baskets and hydrangeas, all at great prices, coming from Maria Gardens.”

“Marc's is a NE Ohio fixture. They generally have a good selection of items. Their seasonal clearance section is always fun to peruse--you never know what you'll find in there! Their pricing is competitive. The only downside is that they don't really have a proprietary, off-brand line of groceries, so you pretty much have to buy major brands. Overall, we love having a Marc's right down the road!”
“I frequent this Marcs location often. Service is always good. Tonight was exemplary with the deli. I encountered a newer associate I hadn't met named Julian. He was amazing, he was more than an order taker, he consulted. He recommended different things to me that I ended up purchasing. He may just have given me my best experience in the Marcs deli I've ever had. Make sure that you take care of Julian and don't let him leave he is amazing and an asset to your team. He is the reason that I thought I had to do a rating.”

“I worked for this company a little over 2 years . The owners are wonderful people, that do a lot for the community. Small store with lots of inventory. Prices are great! Considering everything is high. Saving each penny counts . The employees are always smiling and helpful. You really never know what you might find . Check them out if your in Massillon. I'm sure you will come home with some great deals.

The blonde woman running the register told me to be careful going home tonight. It made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside...I don't have any family around here and that's what they always say to me when I visit.”

“I have always had good experiences here. Never had a rude employee or an issue with them standing behind something that malfunctioned. Bought 2 things from them that had issues and contacted the manufacturer told them how I got it and the manufacturer said thanks for buying our product we will send you the part you need for FREE....bought a Milwaukee set for 75% and it's worked perfectly for over a year now of regular use. Give these folks a chance if you are a thrift shopper and like local businesses!”
