5 Canal St W, Navarre“Great place to stop for little things. Only getting 4 stars since they were totally out of pork rinds! Needless, to say, they most things when you don't want to run to the bigger stores.”
“Plane and simple Ollies's is as advertised, Good stuff Cheap! They have great deals on Comic books, and action figures! I like to go for the cereal items they have! They also have great priced Houseware items! Check them out!”
“I love this place! Its like a Homegoods but cheaper. They do have a random products area that seem like you might find hard to find items but at an unknown condition. People are friendly almost all the time and it has a huge parking lot.”
“Shopping in the store is fine. However, shopping online is a nightmare. I ordered something online, and the sale was processed. A few days later, I received an email saying the order was cancelled with no reason given.”
“Cheap staples to get you through it. Sometimes they have trouble restocking. A LOT.
Update: It seems that they have the restocking problem under control. The store looked good. If they were a little friendlier it would go a long way.”
“Good food choices and great prices. They have improved the appearance and organization of the store. We are on our way there right now. We have very little money and need literally everything. So we will be be getting our money's worth at Sav-A-Lot. Love it there.”
“They offer a wide variety of products, including frozen food, housewares, groceries, cleaning products, craft supplies, hardware, health care items, cleaning supplies, pet food and toys. They have public restrooms and greeting cards and party supplies, and balloons. While inflation makes some items a $1.25, their prices are still lower than regular chains. They offer both name brand and lesser known brands.”
“It's crazy how much Dollar Tree has stepped up their game. The selection is amazing and they aren't just an off brand store. They have the cans of air fresheners that go into the dispensers that automatically dispense at specific intervals. The other dollar stores charge at least $5 a can compared to $1.25 at the Tree! The jars of chopped garlic that I've seen at Walmart for almost $4 can also be found for $1.25. I just replaced my stained up baking pans for surprisingly nice quality $1.25 replacement pans. A trip to Dollar Tree is like going into a time warp. I think it's been about 15 minutes and it's actually been well over an hour!”
“John deserves employee of the month INFINITELY. He was beyond helpful in recommending products, assisting with loading and an overall uplifting energy. If we had just one John per store, the world would be a better place.”
“Great for a quick stop. Can be long lines at times, while employees are standing around arguing with each other about who is going to run registers and who isn't. If you're looking to save money then this is a great place. If you're looking for professionalism from front end employees, it's likely not your place. Shelves are stocked and selection good. Can find some good buys on meat the day before shelf life expires. Sometimes half off. Allows you to stock up your freezer when you find them. Overall average experience from what I would expect from SaveALot.”
“Gabe's has gone downhill since they were bought out by another company. The prices are higher. The clothes are cramped in, can't get a wheelchair through. The main big isles now have tables full of items. Makes it worse to get through. Then the checkout area. You have to go through a maze to get to a unpersonal checkout. The registers are set up in an assembly line. No room to unload your items. If you are handicapped you can't get to the counter. Shame on you Gabe's you can do better!”
“Marc's is a NE Ohio fixture. They generally have a good selection of items. Their seasonal clearance section is always fun to peruse--you never know what you'll find in there! Their pricing is competitive. The only downside is that they don't really have a proprietary, off-brand line of groceries, so you pretty much have to buy major brands. Overall, we love having a Marc's right down the road!”
“They don't really help you out a lot if you're looking for something in their store they just point you in the direction and you got to find it yourself and if you have an appt with them sometimes two coupons on the app do not come off when they're supposed to every store is different though but if you can get the app to work you can get really good deals here with couponing”
“Shop at this location frequently. Selection is good. Store is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. In fact the staff is the best part of this place. Really good people.”
“This DG is just a minute away and is my go to when I need random items to stock up. All the cashiers are friendly. Store is almost always cleaned up and has a good variety of products. Overall I have no complaints!”
“I really love the pharmacy in the Massillon store! They're always so very helpful, and listen to my needs. I especially loved the pharmacist Joe, he seems very knowledgeable and is always tried to help me no matter how silly my questions may seem!”
“Very helpful employees late into the night. The one at the register showed me where the dollar aisle was and helped us save quite a bit of money. Definitely appreciate it.”
“I've never had a bad encounter with an employee at the Marcs on Tusc. I even use my MC debit card without issues. Seems to me you other people need an attitude adjustment before going into the store- Carolyn”
“I had never used Marc's pharmacy before. I recently discovered that they carry some medication for pets! When I checked to see if they carried my dog's meds, I was pleasantly surprised that they did! The prices were in my affordability range as well! Thank you, Marc's!”
“Dollar General in Bolivar, Ohio - I went in for container soil today. Ashley put 2 bags in my cart for me since I could not physically get them from the bottom shelf due to my mobility issues. Then she met me at the checkout so she could also help me get them into my vehicle. She made it easy on me and I appreciate this greatly. She went above and beyond for me, in my opinion. I don’t even think she knew I had mobility issues. I asked her for help and she just helped. No problem! No hesitation! Just action!I have never had any issues with staff at this location. I am glad of that!”
“This store has been a blessing to me for many years since I live so very close. Everyone is unique in their own way and very helpful and kind. I do miss some that have gone to other endeavors and I hope them well.”
“The only store in town that had Ivory soap! Great selection and very friendly staff. Thank you for being open and working hard for the community! Will definitely support you and your employees more.”
“This location used to be a disaster years ago. New management has really turned it around. The gals are always so inviting too. The blonde woman running the register told me to be careful going home tonight. It made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside...I don't have any family around here and that's what they always say to me when I visit.”
“We are finally open regular hours and 7days a week. My crew and I are trying our best to clean it up and get it organized for easy shopping. We are here for you. So if you need any help in the store don't hesitate to ask. Thanks, from your new store Manager”
“I have always had good experiences here. Never had a rude employee or an issue with them standing behind something that malfunctioned. Bought 2 things from them that had issues and contacted the manufacturer told them how I got it and the manufacturer said thanks for buying our product we will send you the part you need for FREE....bought a Milwaukee set for 75% and it's worked perfectly for over a year now of regular use. Give these folks a chance if you are a thrift shopper and like local businesses!”
